I came to this location to get a pearl necklace, a gift to my partner, re-stringed/serviced. First bump in the road was that they needed a receipt and the warranty number wasn’t enough. Thankfully they had the means of searching for it, but it was still odd and less than reassuring that this would be an easy process. Then, about a week later, I received a call and voicemail that it would potentially cost me more than what my necklace cost to begin with just to re-string it. After being on the phone for half an hour, I resolved the issue and they just informed me that it should be about 21 days for it to be serviced, no cost with warranty. Then, fast forward more than 5 weeks after dropping off the necklace for service, I finally look up the repair number and see that it has been returned to the store. I never received an email or a call to notify me it was back in the store. The only thing keeping this from being the lowest review possible is that at least the necklace appears to be in good shape.

Nawal is amazing.My husband recently upgraded my wedding ring and Nawal was a gem to work with every step of the way. Our transaction was a bit complicated, but Nawal was persistent in ensuring we received exactly what we wanted. She listened attentively to our preferences and offered excellent suggestions on ring options.Her patience, professionalism, and genuine care for our happiness made all the difference, we are so grateful for her!

Nawal, was perfect! We went in looking for our wedding bands and engagement ring, as we are eloping! She really heard what we were looking for and assisted to reached the set we needed and within our budget! She made us feel welcomed, and that our hard earned money was worth spending there towards our investment. The whole team was nice and professional, we want to thank Nawal for all her help.

Zion provided me with excellent service from start to finish throughout my visit this evening. He was a polite, consummate professional and was able to expertly answer my questions and get me in and out quickly. Although this isn’t the closest location to me, I have had better service here and would recommend them fully.

Totally agree with the negative reviews about the older blonde working here. Not sure if she is just naturally miserable or hates her job but JEEZ LADY! Every single time we go here to buy or have our jewelry inspected she is just disgustingly rude. She picks & chooses which customers she wants to help, never smiles & acts as though she's too good for the job. After reading the reviews, I see this is who she is. If you can avoid this location, DO IT! Go to Tyson's! They are SOOO much more professional & welcoming. This location is in a mall that is so outdated they barely have stores ? So the whole attitude like she is working in the most expensive mall in America is a joke. Maybe focus on your tude instead of trying to decorate the store for the holiday. We wanted to buy a few things but we will just head to Tyson's & deal with normal people who know how important it is to treat customer with respect. Sad when an adult has a whole attitude for absolutely no reason ?Update 11/16/23:Unfortunately I had no choice but to stop in this location to get my ring serviced. The have short, asian woman was so rude that it took everything in me not to call corporate on the spot. These people are so rude yet send personalized cards trying to get our business. Go ANYWHERE else but here! Literally anywhere!

Stephanie was definitely a positive experience while I shopped at KAY Jewelers. She was very knowledgeable regarding the merchandise and meticulously took her time to explain each piece. She was able to help us find the perfect gift for someone special, and she was able to connect with us on a personal way while talking. Stephanie was an exemplary employee and any peers should strive to be like her.

My 17 year old son wanted to purchase his first chain with his own money. He went to Kay Jewelers several times along with many other stores to really research prices and quality. Nawal helped him several times and was beyond kind each time and very patient. She has a teenager so was very up to date on what’s in style and how to work with a teen. My son eventually came back to buy his chain there (and thanks to her tip) he was able to buy it on sale. It looks great on him and he plans to buy his future chains and pendants there too. Highly recommend this place- great customer service!

My husband and I ONLY come to this Kay’s (Fair Oaks) . Q is amazing. Always helps us out and makes sure our jewelry is sparkling . He has been at this location for decades and is a total asset to this store.

So I use to love going to Kay jewelers because they had such friendly staff and were very helpful. It’s been a few years since I had been back but I decided to treat myself today and look for a new watch. I go into the store and I’m waiting to be helped and there were only two sales people in the store. One was helping a customer and the other was an older blonde that seemed to be talking to a customer. Once the older blonde finished talking to the customer she wasn’t very nice about it but asked if I need help with something and I just said I would like to look at your watches and she took the watch I picked out and that’s it. Didn’t try to go into details about the watch and just stared at me. She kept the watch away from me like she didn’t want me to even try the watch on. She just seemed cold and rude like she didn’t want anything to do with me or try even attempt to make a sale. I just ended up leaving, the watch was pretty but I didn’t like the feeling of being made to feel that I didn’t deserve that watch. I’m just going to start finding a new jewelry store to shop at.
