They don't answer the phone. If you're lucky enough to reach another human, they'll ask you to keep holding. It's better to just go in person.

Worst experience ever. Went there for the TB test for my mom. The nurse seems to lack the skills and needs more practice. She asked for another nurse and the other nurse was able to do it within seconds. Very disappointed. However, thanks to the nurse that was able to help and the front desk lady was nice too.

I used to come here often years ago. Most of the staff that work here were very unprofessional, rude, and just disrespectful. Some were also pleasant so I’ll bump the stars up to 2. If you want a pleasant happy experience in a no judgement zone, don’t come here. Pay the extra money for bloodwork and screenings rather than waiting up to 2 hours at a time sometimes. (Even when there weren’t that many people there…)

I live in md but was born in va. So getting a copy of my birth certificate is usually not easy on the fly, especially since there are still agencies closed to the public. I really needed it and it was quick and cheap. In MD it's $30 for my kids birth certificate each. VA is $12. ?. They are safe with social distancing and take your temperament at the entrance. I was done in less than 30 minutes.

Great doctors, nurses and ladies at the front office. But the building is old and offices are not sound proof. You could hear nurses and doctors talking in their offices from the hallway/waiting area.

Was told they give immunization shots, so I called them. They told me that they don’t have any of that particular vaccines in stock, so I ask when it would be in stock was told never. They repeat this for several other vaccines I asked about. They weren’t some rare or unnecessary vaccines. They were simple vaccines that are required to attend public schools.

By far the worst experience I've ever had at any healthcare facility. Front staff were polite but the doctor I dealt with was extremely rude from the moment she called my number. She was verbally hostile and treated the whole consultation like a waste of time.

The girl that answer the phone need a serious training... we got refused in the first minute. .manager told me that I am rich... left there 1 week after went to centerville they accepted us and we got the card ...
