They don't answer the phone. If you're lucky enough to reach another human, they'll ask you to keep holding. It's better to just go in person.

Worst experience ever. Went there for the TB test for my mom. The nurse seems to lack the skills and needs more practice. She asked for another nurse and the other nurse was able to do it within seconds. Very disappointed. However, thanks to the nurse that was able to help and the front desk lady was nice too.

I used to come here often years ago. Most of the staff that work here were very unprofessional, rude, and just disrespectful. Some were also pleasant so I’ll bump the stars up to 2. If you want a pleasant happy experience in a no judgement zone, don’t come here. Pay the extra money for bloodwork and screenings rather than waiting up to 2 hours at a time sometimes. (Even when there weren’t that many people there…)

I live in md but was born in va. So getting a copy of my birth certificate is usually not easy on the fly, especially since there are still agencies closed to the public. I really needed it and it was quick and cheap. In MD it's $30 for my kids birth certificate each. VA is $12. ?. They are safe with social distancing and take your temperament at the entrance. I was done in less than 30 minutes.
