They don't answer the phone. If you're lucky enough to reach another human, they'll ask you to keep holding. It's better to just go in person.

Worst experience ever. Went there for the TB test for my mom. The nurse seems to lack the skills and needs more practice. She asked for another nurse and the other nurse was able to do it within seconds. Very disappointed. However, thanks to the nurse that was able to help and the front desk lady was nice too.

Been here for Vital records service. It was quick and seemless experience even though we walked in without an appointment.
