I went to the store, they took my measurements and they did not do their job. I had higher expectations of this store because I had visited it before, but now I don't think the same.

Rude I guess would be my first pick, I can see why this place has many one star reviews. I would look elsewhere since they didn't need the business. The sales folks should learn how to treat potential customers, I know I will never return to buy anything from this place.

Very bad customer service. We asked for advice and the employees were not willing to help. Kind of rude when we asked questions. We wanted to buy a tuxedo with the accessories but at the end we left the store quite dissatisfied.
