Disappointing in the button selection. Many empty racks. I didn't find the size and color that I came for.

I had the worst customer service experience at Joann fabrics in Fairfax. The African American lady at the fabric measurement counter was extremely rude. I couldn't catch her name because she wore her name tag in a manner that it was not visible. No one feels like working in this store.

Changed hours without updating Google and the manager was super rude about it. Several people ended up showing up at the store thinking it was open. Horrible communication and horrible treatment of customers
