I called to speak to someone to get referrals or recommendations for assisted living facilities in the area. We have to move my 97 year-old father from FL to VA quickly. Instead, they gave me a link to a useless website listing a few facilities I've never even heard of. Thanks, JSSA. Won't waste my time again.
