“I worked with Allison at Quest to order a diamond engagement ring and it was the best experience I could have asked for- I would recommend this store to anyone else looking for something similar. I first came in for advice on restoring an heirloom family ring where they were informative and honest about its condition and my different options. After that, deciding against the restoration I came back a couple of months later after having done my own research with a few different samples and again Allison took the time to work through a variety of bands, settings, and stones to fit both the custom style and price range I was looking at. When it came time to sourcing diamonds I got a better value than I ever came close to with online retailers. They were even able to order an accompanying travel ring with the original that came around a month later. Throughout the entire experience they were attentive, easy to work with, and clearly cared about their customers.”

Veviana (probably misspelled that) is very exceptional and educational on the piece of jewlery your interested in. She makes the the experience seem so seamless. We had a great experience at Pagoda in Fair Oaks Mall. Leslie was absolutely amazing with my teenage daughter — she got her second lobe and one helix pierced. Leslie was professional, patient, and so gentle throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my daughter felt comfortable and confident. The piercings look perfect, and the aftercare instructions were super helpful. Highly recommend Leslie if you’re considering getting a piercing done!”

“Today we found an amazing jeweler that out of pure kindness fixed a ring my grandmother gave me that I had knocked a stone out of almost a decade ago thanks to a printer jam at work. I had asked a separate jeweler about it and was basically dismissed because he "didn't fix silver jewelry." Which also surprised me because my grandmother always bought gold so in the same visit I learned she'd been swindled.He didn't have a perfect match cut but he popped a different one in a matter of minutes while we chatted with Maria.He also managed to stretch my husband's"unsizeable" wedding band up a whole size.He also freed me from my rings that had been stuck that Jared's had said go to the ER or the fire dept to get off.John is truly a diamond in the rough who designs the vast majority of all his jewelry... today was a much needed reminder of how important it is to support small businesses.”
“Great items, really good workmanship and service. Bought a ring and a necklace. Excellent items and customer sizing. Has a pretty good inventory. I'd give him 5 stars except for two areas that might keep me from ever buying here again. First his habit of hardcore trying to sell you something additional whenever you visit. Second it is very hard to get a word in when Daniel is talking and hard to get a straight answer from him at times even after you ask the question at several meetings. Also the store is in quite a state of disarray.”
