Mr. Berry was very unprofessional on my first and only meeting with him. Once one of his associates took over things did get better. There was still issues with too many hands working on my account who never seem to know what paperwork had already been received. Terrible experience overall.

Good experience during the process prior to the loan approval. As soon as the loan was approved we were less than impressed. Only way to reach Jerry was through his coordinators and when an issue arose he was very argumentative. For example he said “I did my job, I didn’t write the contract” and hung up.When we went to closing they entered the wrong name on the closing docs and we waited almost 5 hours for Heritage to fix some system glitch with no communication from Jerry. They prepared the closing docs days before closing so why couldn’t they get our names correct for such a very large sum of money. Again, No apologies or call. They have their fees and made their commissions.Poor follow up and communication after the sale.I would avoid at all costs.
