Not very satisfied. Almost no cushion below the carpet and the edge looks terrible and the treads already began unraveling after a year.

We loved working with J Brooks. The service was professional, friendly, and prompt. There were some challenges in the work (such as odd shaped areas for carpet installation, strange base flooring, and carrying carpet past a winding staircase) but Jose and his assistant handled the challenges beautifully with expert results. I would highly recommend J Brooks!

Alterations to existing wood floors due to kitchen remodeling was done perfectly.Can not tell where existing floors end and new flooring tie-ins starts.Strongly recommend this firm.

The quality of the carpet is very good. Unfortunately I cannot give 5 stars as the experience from a customer service perspective wasn’t great. I had some questions after installation and was met with defensive and somewhat hostile behavior. Not ideal after spending thousands of dollars on a project.

I was referred to J Brooks by interior designer, Carlough & Co. I am so happy with my purchase. Jose was wonderful to work with and understood the look I was going for combined with the high-traffic needs and desire for a comfortable space. We've been using J Brooks for years. They've always been able to recommend the best options for our rooms. We've had J Brooks put in hardwood, floor to floor carpet, and designer custom rugs - including a beautiful custom designed "Captain America shield" for my son's room. There's no better attention to detail then with J Brooks! My husband and I highly recommend them.
