The only bad thing I have to say is my Mom only had the utmost PLEASURE of coming to this GREAT facility for only one month. During that month, she was treated with respect and each time I picked her up, she felt like a PERSON again.I found her a more permanent place to stay out of this area but I'm so glad I had the experience with Insight. The staff/caregivers are second to NONE.Highly recommended!!!

The team at IMCC Fairfax are hands down the BEST team when it came to care for mom (Dementia). Extremely well trained, patient, friendly, and know how to handle difficult situations through her journey. I would recommend them to any families looking for the top center for memory care!

I cannot recommend Insight Memory Care Center enough! The team at Insight truly goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care for individuals with memory impairments and their families. Their whole person approach, which takes into account physical, clinical, emotional, social and spiritual well-being, truly sets them apart. The resources they create are designed to enhance the lives of those they serve, and they are always working to bring new and innovative solutions to the table. The team at Insight is not just knowledgeable and skilled, but they are also compassionate, empathetic and deeply care about each and every individual they serve. They are truly making a difference in the lives of those they serve and the entire community. IMCC certainly sets the bar for memory care!

As a senior living industry professional and someone personally navigating life with a loved one who has dementia - I cannot recommend Insight enough. There is an approach to both participant and family member/caregiver that is unmatched in Northern Virginia. The staff from top to bottom is so kind, understanding, patient, gentle, all while preserving the dignity and of their participants. I personally have had opportunities to engage with the Reconnections program hosted in both Fairfax and Loudon and feel like this is the first (and only) well established early day program in Virginia. It's designed to help those struggling with the earlier stages of the disease which is so extremely important after learning of a diagnosis or traversing through what the early stages look like. There are additional levels that cater to the varying stages and the participant to staff interaction is just wonderful. Finally - a place that people walking through life with dementia, can look forward to daily. Insight also offers so many great resources for caregivers - support groups, trainings, retreats - it's more than just for the person living with dementia - its for those who are living with someone with dementia. A community and a family is established from the beginning and means so much to all involved. Again - I cannot recommend Insight Memory Care Center enough. If there were 10 stars out of 5, they would be given. Thank you Insight for all you do for the dementia population and for being such a great asset to Northern Virginia!

In addition, Insight serves as a valuable resource and leader in the area of dementia care; helping to spread awareness, education, and support to both families and the general eldercare professional community that serves them.

Insight Memory Care Center provides meaningful experiences for participants and helpful resources for family caregivers. Their education and training is top notch! I recommend families to this day program with high confidence in their quality programs. The love they share with their clients and families is unmatched in this NOVA area. Kudos to the Insight team!

My father started here shortly after being diagnose in 2018 with Alzheimer's disease and I do not know what I would have done without them. They took excellent care of my father while he was there and of me as well with all of the free support groups and classes. Once your loved one starts there, YOU are part of the family and you are treated that way forever. Hands down THE BEST place for those with cognitive issues. In fact, they are so good, I am now a part time volunteer there.

Rarely do you have the good fortune of discovering a service that is quite simply, far superior any other. Without hesitation, I can say that Insight Memory Care Center is truly remarkable in their approach to providing unique and tailored programming for both those with dementia related diagnosis(es), as well as support and guidance for their caregivers. Helmed by a tenured leadership team, Insight operates from a “culture of excellence”, with participants being at the forefront of every decision or detail - regardless of how small. It is through this lens that Insight’s unyielding compassion, love, and dignity can be consistently viewed. Every aspect - at both Insight locations - is meticulously curated with the goal of ensuring superior participant engagement, caregiver support, and community outreach. It is these qualities, among many others, that have enabled Insight to evolve and grow over the last 40 years – and also why they will continue to be the "gold standard" by which other organizations attempt to emulate. What a gift they are to our community, and to the many families in need of unparalleled dementia related support for their loved ones.

Their wonderful staff provided thoughtful, personalized, loving, holistic care for my Dad while he attended the day center for 1.5 years. Exponentially better quality of life and socialization opportunities than he had at assisted living or at home. I only wish he had started sooner and stayed longer. ❤️

When you hear the words, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Lewy Body, or any other memory impairment diagnosis its difficult and heartbreaking. Dementia is not a one size fits all diagnosis. Dedicated, licensed, and trained staff provide a safe environment of acceptance and empathetic understanding for each participant while offering specialized care and education. Equally important is their compassion, understanding, education/training and support for the families, loved ones, caregivers, and friends of participants. IMCC does exactly what it says it does, and so much more, helping people navigate through some very challenging times.

I am so thankful to have found Insight. They are extremely good and love what they do. It take a special person to care for dementia patients and the team at Insight are all special people. They love the clients and make them feel loved.Demential patients need the intereaction, activities, and hugs they get at insight. Working with the team at Insight Memory Care Center (IMCC) has been a career goal for me. Everyone at IMCC is welcoming and supportive. The onboarding process was informative and easy. They offer great compensation and benefits. The ability to achieve work life balance is built into the culture of IMCC. The work is rewarding and purposeful.
