Horrible service! Avoid this like the plague!Was informed 1 day in advance that no EVs were available. Fine!Show up on the day & they inform me that no car is available - need to wait another 2 hours!Absolutely ridiculous. These folks knew they didn’t have any cars when they closed shop but didn’t bother to inform.

I had a terrible experience with this Hertz location. My car needed to be repaired so I had gone through insurance to rent a car and this location was the closest to my repair shop so I went with them. At first everything was great; Someone at Hertz contacted me to walk through the process and made it sound super straight forward - just call them when I was planning on dropping off my car at the repair shop (parts have been delayed) and they’d have everything ready for me. So today I gave them a call and the gentlemen on the phone had NO idea how anything works with an insurance reservation and was super rude. After explaining it to him multiple times, he hung up on me. Needless to say, I’ll be going elsewhere for my car rental. I wish I would have read the reviews for this location prior to as many people seem to have issues with the service.

Can’t get premium cars here, even though we were able to rent one online.Staff was 25 min late for opening hours.We waited 20 because the car was still dirty, along with another customer whose car was not cleaned.The car we had ‘rented’ isn’t available here, but we as told we could go to the airport….Don’t try and “save time” coming here, just go to the airport.

Spare yourself the stress and frustration and use literally any other rental place. They do not keep enough cars in stock to match the number of reservations. We got into an accident on a Friday and needed a rental. We reserved the car on Saturday and our insurance company said Hertz will have it available 7am Monday. They didn’t have any cars until 5pm! We finally get one, then two days later we‘re pulled over by the police bc the car had EXPIRED TAGS. We go get the second car, and it smells like a disgusting combination of smoke and chemicals.

Trust the reviews!!! They suck. Dude you working with the public, stop texting on your personal phone. Pay attention. Oh by the way, they cancelled my reservation. Unprofessional. What ever happened to quality in service. Trust the reviews. They need a -2.7

The rental office is located inside a hotel, and there's no outside signage. Just go on faith that you're in the right place until you see the Hertz desk.

Not good. It’s located inside a Marriott hotel. There is only two employees there and neither of them works fluently. And there are only 3 cars left. I wasted at least half an hour here.

Where to begin? No returned phone call over three days. Was supposed to pickup at auto body shop. With no confirmation contact, went there in person. After 45 minutes waiting for them to handle the one prior couple, massive confusion because they had pickup on the day authorized by insurance, not the day I was supposed to be picked up. Twenty minutes to get a manager to change some code in the system later gives me time to write this review while I continue to wait for a car. For what it's worth, the auto body shop offered to call for a rental. When I mentioned I already had one via this hertz, she said, "oh, they're not very good. We recommend the enterprise."

Friendly staff, super efficient pickup & drop-off, great car that was ready on time & clean. I called the afternoon prior to my pickup and had no issues reaching someone. Shout out to Ian, thanks for the excellent experience!

Excellent service by Hertz. Being a local edition center, you save on those airport fees.Ian had a great attitude and service oriented mindset. He picked me up from my car service center and was genuinely interested in helping. I highly recommend this location and would certainly repeat myself.

I had a confirmed reservation for a rental car through Expedia so I arrived at this location at the appointed day and time. The Hertz staff member informed me that they have no cars. No reason, no explanation, no apology. I could not believe the terrible customer service!!! I will NEVER RENT A CAR FROM HERE again! Unreliable, uncaring, truly a waste of a person's valuable time and a disgrace to the Hertz chain. There are plenty of choices to rent a car. I'll be sure to avoid Hertz.

Really bad and stressful experience. I paid for a car rental a week ahead of time and then they called last minute right before I had to pick up the car to say they didn't have any cars for me.Then, they hung up on me and ignored my calls back. It was a nightmare
