My betrothed and I bought his and hers wedding bands at Henzley in Fair Oaks Mall for our upcoming wedding. This was the second time around the marriage block for both of us, so we both knew exactly what we were looking for in a wedding band. We paid a visit to Henzley after we had visited all the other jewelry stores in Fair Oaks. We were pretty set on rings we saw at Zales and Diamond Concepts but figured it wouldn't hurt to take a peek at one more store. Nevin was able to guide us to exact rings we had in mind - her's to match the antique engagement ring I had given her (which had been my grandmother's and my mother's) and mine a plain unadorned white gold band. He gave us ample time to try on rings and then walked away while we talked it over and came to a decision. He also gave us a very reasonable discount deal for purchasing the two rings at the same time. Both of us were very pleased with the shopping experience at Henzley and we love our new wedding bands.

This place is incredible. The selection is wonderful, but even more wonderful is the staff. I had been looking for a simple gold necklace and Nevin helped me pick out the perfect one. He was so helpful and friendly. Ask for him when you go. Can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for jewelry.

Stopped in to briefly look at wedding bands and had the absolute pleasure of working with Nevin. He was very kind and patient as we browsed and answered all of our questions. We loved how attentive he was and he really listened what we were saying about what we were looking for. Thanks to Nevin we made an impromptu decision to go ahead and buy the perfect ring. We are headed back soon for another ring.

We went in this morning to get a replacement for my antique weddinong band that was unable to be sized. Nevin Nichani was wonderful. He knew exactlly what I was looking for and gave us a great deal. We were his first customers of the day. I highly recommend this store.

I had the most incredible experience here and I am so glad I got lucky enough to have walked into this store because truly, this store has the most amazing pieces and best part: they can custom make you anything. Mr. Nevin was so friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I love simple and dainty pieces and often get so picky about selecting my pieces. He helped recreate a ring which had sentimental value to me and I am so extremely happy with it. The spark of the ring is like no other and I get so many compliments on it all the time but most importantly, it makes me so happy every time I look at it because who wouldn’t want to wear a quality diamond ring? I am writing this review from my fiancée’s account.Nevin Nichani is amazing. My fiancée and I were shopping for my wedding band over the weekend. We went to a few jewelry stores and I could not find the perfect band. Then we went to Hensley jewelers where we met Nevin. He took his time and showed me a bunch of bands in our price range. He was so nice and an absolute pleasure to work with. He is also the best looking guy in the mall. ? I am over the moon that I found my perfect wedding band. After browsing other jewelry stores in the mall, Nevin politely greeted my wife, daughter, and me as we entered his story with a smile and holiday well-wishes. He even took time to ask our toddler who was with us about how the holidays were treating her. After some pleasant conversation, he asked if we were looking for anything specifically, to which replied that we were looking for emeralds. His in-store selection was robust ranging from various size, cut, and metals. After some browsing, my wife found a ring that she was interested in, and Nevin explained that there was also an earing and neckless set that matched. He could tell that we were initially only looking for a single piece, but, after running the numbers, he was able to make a most generous offer on the entire set that was simply too good not to accept. Not only was the price more than acceptable, the fact that he was not pushy and willing to work with our budget made my decision simple. I recommend anyone who is looking for more than a big-box brand store experience to stop on by Henzley Jewelers and ask for Nevin. He meets you where you are and is more than fair with his business!

Neviin Nichani was amazing to me and my husband. He worked with us for awhile to design my ring. Originally I was looking to just add a stone to my existing setting. He understood what I was looking for and he listened to me , he showed me one that he retrieved from his display case and bam just like that we were sold. I have had my ring for less than 4 hours and my neck is sore as I just can’t believe this beautiful ring is mine. Nevin is such a remarkably knowledgeable and caring person., I am glad if nothing else, we have met a true gentleman.

Nevin is fantastic! He is fair and fun to work with, and he has a great knowledge of jewellery. He took the time to explain all of our options until we found the one! He gave us space to discuss with no pressure. We had a great connection and he made it feel easy and effortless to make an important decision in our life. Nevin was very understanding and helpful. He is very patient and made the experience a very comfortable and welcoming one. Sonia helped me as soon as I walked through the door. She was attentive and very respectful, making sure I found what I was looking for. She made my experience comfortable and easy as she was knowledgeable in all aspects of jewelry. Even if something is not on display, she will go out of her way to find what you want. My wife lost her Tanzanite studs she had for many years, and I cannot thank Nevin (of the Fair Oaks Henzley) enough for delivering something even better! He is indeed an absolute sales master with a human touch. Rarely have I been to a jewelry shop where I did not feel anxious and where it was not hard at all to agree on the product and the price!
