I had been a loyal member/customer with Heaven Nail & Spa for 10 years, since it had opened, but recently I experienced TERRIBLE service, which truly surprised me.
The salon environment was EMOTIONALLY UNSAFE. The pedicure experience was terrible as my polish was smudged, due to the technician who was miserable, neglectful, and disrespectful. I kindly mentioned to the desk staff that I had purchased a gift certificate that I wanted to utilize (as I had been within my right to do), and because they were not able to locate it (a record-keeping/management failure on their part), I was emotionally abused and blamed publically. As global leader and community advocate, I do NOT recommend this salon to anyone, as their customer service has been atrocious.

I've been here about 5 times now and am happy to say I've found myself a new home. It's hard to find good a place where more than one nail tech can provide a good gel manicure. Service is quick yet detailed and of quality. Price is a little higher than other local spots but you get what you pay for. Typically quiet with soft music in the background. Love that you can pay for your own box and the rewards program. Their gift card method is a bit outdated but I respect the old school fashion way. Sometimes, calling for an appointment offers more availability than what is shown on their online booking portal. :)

Tammy ateeeeeee!! This was my first time getting Gel X and she did not disappoint!! Tammy was so thorough and kind and patient with me. (I'm super indecisive). I got the Gel X Medium Coffin: asked to shorten and round the edges. Color is by OPI "Baby, Take a Vow". 10/10 recommend if you want to feel like a new woman!! I LOVEEE THEM!!

I had really good experience in this nail salon. Especially Kelly is the best ever I had and everyone here so kind, so professional and exactly know how I wanted. I will definitely go to this place again. Thank you Kelly you are the best of the best.

Today was my second time visiting at this nail salon and very disappointed. I asked for the first design but look at this. The colors are totally different and I didn’t expect it. The nail technician was very rude, unpleasant, and insincere.
I am really upset with this result and want to redo it.

There are so many nail shops but it is not easy to find “the one.” When my regular nail technical who I had been going over years canceled on me at the last minute because her walk in manicure customer also wanted to get pedicure although I made the appt with her a week prior, I knew my royalty to her meant nothing so it’s time to find new person. I have heard of Heaven Nails from a friend a while ago and been thinking of trying it but did not want to betray my regular go to , I decided it’s the time to try Heaven. And it was a jack pot! Tammy knew exactly what I wanted and added more of her magical touch, I was beyond satisfied with the result! She is super meticulous and efficient. She also is very friendly and fun to talk to. Within a month I went to see her twice although the my nails held up really well after 3 weeks, I wanted to try out the design I wished to have it done but knew my old nail lady was not able to. And again Tammy nailed it! i highly recommend Tammy. The salon itself is very clean and staff members are nice as well which is a huge plus!Services: Callus removal
