Excellent furniture selections but bad customer service. They really don’t know when the pick up and delivery days are. We were asked to come pick up our furnitures to only be told that they do not have pick up option available that day.

We needed to upgrade our bed, thus needing to purchase a king bed headboard/ footboard to replace our queen. Margie was able to pull up our old order from 10+ years ago, and help us buy the exact model in the same color in the king size we needed. She also made sure to select the boxspring that would work best for a memory foam mattress without us knowing to ask! Very efficient!

I purchased a few items at Fairfax Haverty’s. All the staff at the store were very helpful and they offered the best customer service every time I visited the store. In particular, the store manager Mr. Kyle Yoder carefully listened to my concerns whenever I spoke with him and then he came up with the best solution. It appears that he cares a lot about his customers and he has extensive knowledge of the product. Mr. Kyle offered an excellent customer service! His exceptional customer service is much appreciated. Yesterday, I spoke with Kyle, Michelle and Alice. They were all extremely professional, courteous and helpful. Almost my entire house is furnished by Haverty’s. Kimberly Mitchell is a great saleswoman! She is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. But she was not pushy and let us look at furniture without stalking us, but was available when we had questions.

For quite some time, I had been putting off the daunting task of finding new furniture for my family room. The thought of driving all around, dealing with pushy salespeople, and struggling to design a layout for my awkward space had me feeling stressed. That is until I discovered Haverty's Furniture.I had the pleasure of working with Kim, who made this entire process a dream come true. From the moment I connected with her, Kim eased my worries and provided me with sound guidance. She went above and beyond by arranging for a free designer from their company, Gina, to visit my home and take measurements. Together with the store manager Kyle, they spent several hours with me to create a design that I couldn't be happier with.Kim was the perfect balance of kindness, helpfulness, and creative ideas, all without ever being pushy. I want to emphasize Kim's incredible talent and express my deep appreciation for her exceptional service. She made this entire journey enjoyable and stress-free.The service was outstanding, and the quality of my new sofa and loveseat is top-notch. Kim was very helpful and friendly. Bought a kitchen table & chairs, going back to buy dinningroom table & chairs. Large selections!!!!! I went there on a Sunday because they were open. Great hours for the working people.
