I had the most touching visit I've ever had in my 46 year on this earth. My 72 year old aunt from Africa was there to get compression socks for her swollen legs. Well by the time we got there Hann's was closing, Susan told us" hold up, what do you need, because I might can squeeze you in. And she did just that. She took great care of my aunt and even gave us some more advice on how to easily put on the sock. Meanwhile, I'm at the counter and I look over and another customer was being helped by another nice staff member that helped her so well she left out the pharmacy in tears happy. That touched me too because we drove from bowie to the appointment which took 1 hrs. Kristen the owner was also working hard when I asked her who was that nice employee that you have. She told me oh that's Susan she great she can help you with what ever you need. I thank the whole staff so much l. As an African American man this was one of the best customers service experience I've e er had in my life. THANK YOU MUCH

Excellent pharmacy, wonderful service! Was very appreciative of the kind staff and the speed with which they got my medication ready for pickup during their Saturday hours on a holiday weekend. Will be recommending them to friends & family!

I had to absolute BEST experience with Hann's. Not only where they kind and considerate, they were the lowest price! My clinic called them towards the end of the day being in a different time zone and even my nurse commented on how nice the Pharmacist was!
Had my order shipped no issues! Thank you so much!

Avoid this place if possible. They would not run my insurance when I needed my med, and they gave me a hard time about returns, ended up not allowing me to return a $200 fertility medicine that I didn’t need anymore, I had to take the med to my doc appointment, at the appointment the doc said I don’t need it so I took the med back to pharmacy. It’s a small mom n pop pharmacy, I was referred to them for my fertility medicine that regular pharmacies didn’t carry, but there are plenty of other places that do carry the meds that you might need. They were difficult to work with, I refuse to shop here again.

I had a fantastic experience with Hann's Pharmacy for a mail-order delivery. Despite an issue with the UPS delivery, the incredible assistance from Sami and Kristen transformed what could have been a frustrating situation into a positive one. From the moment I contacted Hann's Pharmacy about the issue, Sami and Kristen handled it with professionalism and efficiency. They promptly resolved the problem and kept me updated throughout the process. Their friendly and solution-driven approach put me at ease and reassured me that my satisfaction was their top priority. Ok this pharmacy is worth a visit even if you don’t need medication!! They have a cute shop in the front with gifts. The pharmacy staff is extremely kind and helpful. Their prices are much better than any pharmacy in the area for certain types of medication.

The shipments come neatly packaged and detailed instruction on which IVF medication to refrigerate. I think IVF is already a stressful and expensive time. It makes it nice the medication was packaged well because that is one less possible stress. That is why I am giving the two star. Customer service is terrible the pharmacy technician I have spoken to the Keats two times is very rude. It is almost as if she likes to ruin someone’s day. The pharmacy refuses to admit they make a mistake. The tech said our pharmacist doesn’t make mistakes. As a pharmacy technician myself I know that to be a lie. This industry is very fast paced and often a stressful work environment and you need to be detail oriented but that doesn’t mean you don’t make mistakes. Going through an emotional time is hard enough and then this technician wanted to argue for days with me because I said I was missing and injection needle from my order. This was during stims. They should make things right with their customers. Now onto my transfer and TWW I asked them today to please send enough alcohol wipes to clean the vial and injection site. For the price you pay for these fertility medications you shouldn’t have to ask for those things and then have to listen to several minutes of the technician wanting to argue saying you get enough alcohol wipes. She tries to get a reaction from you. I didn’t call in to argue Hanns pharmacy. She also has no compassion whatsoever. Very cold!!! Update a pharmacist called me about this review same day I wrote it. She apologized for serval things. She then proceeded to say she would listen to our call and that if she finds anything on the call that she can use she will use it for teaching and training purposes to her staff. I was very happy that the pharmacist called me back.

Not gonna lie even through tough treatments I used to enjoy going to Hanns Pharmacy but went there this week and was surprised to see how unwelcoming and unhelpful the new staff is at their new location inside. Time to back to my old pharmacy ... Hanns has lost it's charm and what I loved them for. I mean why be a pharmacist esp the blonde girl with short hair in the front if you're going to have a ton of attitude with people who are obviously going though stuff. The young male pharmacist was OK but not much better.
