Excellent customer service! I've had Hank as my insurance agent for many years. His office has always picked up the phone when I've called or returned my call promptly when I've left a message. Similarly with email--I've always gotten a quick response.

Great guy, but State Farm increased home and auto insurance significantly even though we had no claims since moving here 3 years ago. Easily found 3 quotes with substantially lower premiums from reputable companies. We're on fixed income and couldn't afford to stay with State Farm.
