Hair cut quality was just okay. I felt like the service was rushed. I had to keep asking for things to be touched up like my sideburns. Eventually I took the clippers and did it myself. And it was quite expensive - $28. No hot water for the head rinse. The Egyptian stylist is a bit crazy! I did not like how she was pointing her finger, shouting and getting animated and dishing on Israel. Keep your opinions to yourself, next time. But I will probably not come back to this place.

Needed a big change with a basic shampoo & cut. Nikki did just that and was very friendly. I have not been to this location until now and I'm glad I randomly walked in when I had a chance.

If you are looking for an outstanding hair stylist, I would highly recommend Hanh Mac. Not only does my hair look great but the way she cuts it makes it easy to care for because all the hairs lie neatly in place. I recommended her to my son-in-law and he has told me that she is the best stylist he has ever had. She also does a great job cutting my granddaughters' soft wavey hair.

Stylist: Mimi is a wonderful stylist. I go to her about every 2 weeks for a shampoo and blowout. I also have her do my color, cut and highlights. Mimi is a caring professional and i wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Hanh Mac is wonderful! She's been styling my hair for almost a year. She listens to my requests, but I don't need to make them. She cuts and colors/highlights my hair beautifully. Every time.
I'm growing out my short, naturally curly hair. Hanh Mac is making it the easiest process. She's also thoughtful and caring. When I'm cold, she warms me up with the hair dryer! So thoughtful.

I like going to The Hair Cuttery to get a low maintenance buzz cut when my hair gets long but stylists always argue and try to make me change my mind. This goes beyond clarification questions, and instead stylists actively try to convince me not to do the buzz cut option. I am made to feel pressured to do a haircut I don’t want and am made to feel unwelcome. This has happened during multiple visits. Haircut quality is good but the lack of respect for customer choice has me reconsidering whether I want to get my hair cut at this business.

I've gone to Helena a few times and while she tends to cut it too short, she tries to listen. I blame myself for taking an appt with Alice, who's English isn't very good. I ask for 1/2 trim and straight cut in the back. I think she asked if I want it to flip out and I said no, under. She proceeds to flip the hair up at the ends and texturize it. By the time she was done, 2 in. gone. I said don't cut the front and she angles the front layers. I was growing the front to be the same length as the back. Now it is right at shoulder length when it will flip and she texturized it so now the flip is even more accentuated. I'm so angry it is too short to go anywhere else to fix it. I also asked her for light layers for some volume at the top and she didn't do that. The way she came at the ends I didn't want any more cutting...anywhere. Now it is just flat and curls at the ends. If you don't understand your customers, you put them in the uncomfortable spot to have to say No, Stop. I didn't want to be rude but finally said enough, just stop. She kept trying to make it do something the cut just wouldn't allow. I even gave her a tip and crossed my fingers it would look better when I styled it today. No such luck. I've never had the ends look so terrible and unmanageable. Please don't post your standard "help us make it a 5 star experience next time with the about-us form for customer services." That goes to a generic email and I've read all the comments here. Your replies are just generic. I won't be coming back anyway .
