Man O Man, my wife and I stopped in just to see what jewelry available. Harris Harris Harris is a great sales person. With some background knowledge of jewelry Harris had correct answers, made great recommendations and wasn’t pushy at all about the sale. We went in to just browse and ended up making a purchase based off the customer service and pricing we received from Harris. Thank you sir, we’ll be back soon. Very happy with my experience here at Grand Jewelers! I first went to another place in the mall to try and have my bracelet fixed. The man there told me he would hit it with a torch and my bracelet would turn black. So quite naturally, I decided against that. I then came to Grand Jewelers to see what they could do instead. Haris actively listened to my concern and appropriately addressed my need. No torch action, and now my bracelet looks brand new again. They decided to add silver, and also gave me a better price than the first place for the job. Myself, as well as others, highly recommend them for what you deem necessary as it pertains to all your jewelry needs. I give five stars!

I was looking for an engagement ring for my fiance for a long time but I wasn't sure what I should select then I stopped by at Grand jewelers with my fiance and met Haris there who really helped us to make the final decision and showed us all the options which we asked for. I cannot say enough good things about this store and the customer service!First off, I was looking and looking for an engagement ring, and I happened to meet Carlos. Carlos worked with me and got me the exact ring I wanted at the price point I had at the time as well. From there he worked with me through the whole process of getting everything done and getting me the perfect ring as well as getting sizing and paperwork done. We have visited this store and bought two gold earrings and two pendants for my wife's necklace. The one ordered is lighter than the one bought from the window displays although both of them are the same karat. My wife went there and bought a gold ring for me as a surprise and specifically deal with the sales person(Haris) and asked him if she is able to return if the size doesn't fit and he agrees. The next day we went there and told them the size didn't fit and asked them if there is the same design but fitted size and they don't have the size option. We wanted to return but they said they only do resize or take other design which we didn't like. We don't want to take that resize path as resize is somehow cutting the ring and we suspect it could damage the original beauty and quality as we saw from the pendants that we ordered from them and didn't see the same exact quality. We have contended as they act like we are fraud and also the guy who sold the ring deny what he said about the return and that is red flag! These guys are not genuine on what they said or promise.Suggestion:1.Try to avoid this shop and shop around for good customer-care2.Only buy from their display windows if you like it3.Don't order as it could be different in quality and they don't return/refund for their mistake

V is great, and extremely helpful. The customer service is phenomenal! Soon as I walked in, I was greeted regardless if they were with a customer. Then came to help me as soon as the next person was available. I recommend anyone who considering of going to him to not think twice about it. He will take care of you.
