I used to love coming to this goodwill but recently they've been increasing their prices like crazy. Nice shoes used to be $9.99 but now anything nice has been increased to $15.99 or more and only ripped or stained shoes are under $10. Not sure what the change is but it makes me more inclined to just buy my items new if this store is going to be increasing prices for the free donations that they get.

This Goodwill location on Main Street has a better selection of clothes, furniture, books and household items than most and the items are in good condition. Friendly cashiers and the store layout is easy to navigate.

I've always had good service at this Goodwill store. The folks working here are good hard-working people. Devlin helped me to unload yesterday in the high heat and he was courteous and never complained.

Robert runs a great shop and all the folks who work there go out of there way to keep things in order and lines at a minimum! Great finds and inventory!!

Only giving an additional star because I support the mission. Donation staff members are rude and drop-off directions aren’t clear. In an attempt to give back, it became more of a hassle than it was worth.

This was my first time at any Goodwill and I went here on a whim with minimal expectations. This place has terrible organization of their inventory, especially in the children's clothes. There are no labels for sizes and you can be sure I'm not digging through the rack hoping to be lucky and find a size I'd need. The baby clothes inventory was minimal as in, maybe, 10 items total. For myself, I was specifically looking for new sneakers and t-shirts. I did find a nice pair of gently used ASICS for $4.99. I was going to give up the t-shirts because everything I was flipping through was low quality BUT perseverance did pay off; I found 3 xxs J-crew solid color tees that looked never worn. I wasn't sure xxs would fit, but they did, and each was $5! I can't see myself coming here regularly because the inventory wasn't great and the organization is practically non-existent, but what I did walk away with is good stuff!

It's always been just ok. Staff isn't rude, and they're not overly nice. You will spend more time in the checkout line than you spend shopping. It's way too slow at checkout. I wish they could really fix that. But you have to respect the work they do and how they try to help people in the community. Also respecting the environment in how they keep clothing out of landfills. It's good to support organizations that support others in a nonprofit way. They care about the work they do and their mission. Not just about selling stuff.

Goodwill in general become so expensive to the point most of the stuff you can buy them cheaper new from original store.I don't understand, they get stuff for free, why competing with new stuff prices.Time to time I find good deals that is why I still go there. I don't buy much like I used to. 99% of the time I walk out with empty hands. If they care, they should review their prices and make it reasonable.

The racks of garments seem well organized. However, the management policies make purchasing quite difficult, impossible on this visit because access to fitting room was terminated prematurely. In specific, the posted hours, already shortened an hour due to lingering Covid restrictions, state the business is open until 8 PM. So I selected garments, a process that took a half hour.I found the fitting rooms locked. Staff informed me that Goodwill management had closed the fitting rooms 30 minutes before store closing. Had store hours and policies been well explained, I might have had a pleasant visit when the store was actually open. As it was, the visit was a waste of time, significant enough to write this warning to others. Again, my suggestion to this business is to communicate policies clearly, thereby avoiding wasting customer and staff time, with associated loss of goodwill.

Easy drop off. Staff were there to help unload and tell me which things they would not take (dog bed) :(

Price gouging. I just left the store. Men's athletic tops are now $7.47, up from $3.99 just some months ago. That's an 87% increase, far greater than the inflation rate. I will no longer donate to Goodwill but give to the Salvation Army.

I love this place! Obviously you have to sort through a lot of clothes, but there are some real gems! Great selection, and staff is always nice.

I donated many boxes and the staff collecting the boxes are very very rude. They saw me struggling to get the box out of my car and just stood there, Thry will not greet you a hello or a Thank you. Maybe they need to be trained on being appreciative of a job and mostly customer service. Without donations there would be no need for you to come to work.
