This is one of the best Giant's I've ever shopped. Very clean, great customer service and I love that they have a small bar inside that I can sit at while the woman shops. Great location. Close to work. Overall, always a pleasant experience.

I recently visited the Giant Food at 10653 Braddock Rd in Fairfax, VA, and had a pleasant experience. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed. The produce section is particularly impressive, with a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. The aisles are clean and well-stocked, and the selection of products is extensive. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. The checkout process was smooth and efficient, with multiple lanes open to ensure minimal waiting time. The store also has ample parking, making it convenient to access. Giant Food on Braddock Rd is a reliable place for grocery shopping, offering quality products and excellent customer service. I highly recommend it to anyone in the Fairfax area.

As someone who works in the recovery industry and is a licensed mental health professional, one of their pharmacists is extremely unethical and unprofessional. Accused me of lying about depositing narcotics in a safe box at another location because guess what, Giant does NOT* have a safe disposal box. Refuse to fill my medication due to her own obvious ethical objections to narcotics. My family has patronized this giant for over 20 years and won't anymore.

I like Giant. The store is well-stocked. Checkout is generally easy either at the register or self-checkout. I can get in and out in 15 mins. The staff are usually friendly and helpful.

I only ever shop here because of its close proximity, but at this point I’m better off just hiking all the way up to Wegman’s. The exorbitant prices for mid-level quality products and limited selection always leave me with a sour taste in my mouth. The people who work here are WONDERFUL and are not at fault in the slightest for the great displeasure I experience when struggling to find common items that they simply do not carry. Not to mention, cellular data gets blocked when you are inside so good luck if you need to look something up, call somebody, send a text, write a one-star review, or get directions to the nearest Wegman’s.

Be careful, this store removes all sales tags before they expire. Observed employees doing this on Thursday at 6PM and confirmed the sales tags they were removing were still active up to close. Highly suggest you go somewhere else if you need to grocery shop on a Thursday after work otherwise you'll have no idea what is on sale and what isn't at this giant.Just complete laziness. Everyone in retail knows you don't change the sales tags until after close so you don't screw your customers. Guess this Giant didn't get that memo.I do want to add though the checkout people are mostly super friendly.Management must not be the best if this is their procedure for getting ready for the next days new sales and not caring that they are ripping off their customers by hiding what is still actively on sale.

The last two times I have come here and gone to a cashier to checkout out and ti have had the displeasure of having someone named been Lucienda (or something like that) ringing me up and she's does not have a welcoming attitude at all. I understand the day may have been long or maybe she just didn't want to long me up but that is absolutely not my problem to deal with. If she doesn't want to be there then she shouldn't be. I'm just trying to grab my items and go. I can do without the hostility.
