I have purchased multiple carpets from here and they all have worked out great. We picked out a remnant recently that was too big for our space, so they were able to make a second 4’x6’ for just the cost of the edging. That’s good service. I’ll be back to finally replace the wool rug we got here 20 years ago.

We bought a remnant for our family room and it was such a good value, beautiful carpet, and so easy to clean! It is soft for my two kiddos to play on. We have frequent spills which come right out on the light colored rug. They banded the rug and delivered. Also their rug pads are amazing, super cushy. I ended up going back for two more for a bedroom and living room. Super service and knowledgeable folks

Edit: this used to be 5 stars but I should have waited until the rugs were signed, sealed, delivered because the devil is in the details and Satan is in the small stuff, etc., etc. Georgetown Carpet has a very big selection of both ready-made and custom-made carpets and rugs so if you can't find what you're looking for, it's not going to be easy to find at all. The place was spacious, well-lit, clean and neat. I didn't feel like we were being rushed or pushed to make our choices. Here is where the rating went down. Make sure that you confirm the measurements with them - they changed the delivery time, and on the day of delivery, had the wrong size for one of the three rugs we ordered. They were able to remedy this somewhat although one rug was still half an inch off but it took a couple of phone calls, which was not great customer service. Didn't get apologies and wouldn't have gotten a small amount of money back (they couldn't make one rug as big as we had paid for) if I didn't negotiate for it. What would have made it better is if they apologised from the outset because they got their measurements calculated wrong and if they had called a few days before, not the actual afternoon of the delivery date. Stressful. ☹️

6 months after my carpet installation, the carpet started rippling and bulging at all of the edges of the room. I called to have them come back and fix it, made an appointment, moved all of my furniture out of the room and they didn't show up for the appointment. Bad business.

The sales staff was very friendly and knowledgeable with competitive prices. However the installation staff is something to be desired. Instead of two or more coming to the house, try just one. Needless to say they take a long time to complete. Make sure your schedule is clear the day they come. The installers showed up late both days they came to my house and did not clean up very well. I'm going to someone else next time.
