I called Sonny at Expert Appliance Services and he answered immediately. 20 minutes later he was at my house and 10 minutes after that my fridge was fixed, complete with a new part he had on his truck. Is this world record time for repairing an appliance? I highly recommend EAS!

After reading all 5 stars of 266 reviews, I call the services so as to contact Sunny. He is a pro with likable personality to replace a broken cold air circulation motor right away upon my brief explanation. I was lucky he has the motor part in the car. Reasonable price even Saturday. I highly recommend this company. Thanks, Sunny!

If I could give more than five stars I would. My water dispenser in my refrigerator had lost water pressure and barely a dribble. I reached out to this company via the Yelp message function. I quickly received a response. The company was very flexible working with my schedule. Given a three hour window, I was contacted 30 minutes prior to arrival. Sunny diagnosed the issue right away. He had the part needed in the truck and shortly after the water dispenser was working as intended. I really appreciate the excellent communication, prompt response, and his flexibility. Sunny is knowledgeable and professional and explained the diagnosis and solution in easy to understand language. Highly recommend this company.

Very quick and reliable service from Sunny to fix an issue that caused our fridge to get warm and our freezer to frost over. The work was completed in a quick and undisruptive way, which is important to our family (2 people working from home). Sunny kindly came out and addressed a separate related issue at no cost. I plan to use this company for any future appliance repairs I may need!

This is the second time that Sunny has been so helpful! The first time, he checked our dishwasher and promptly ordered the spare part. His speedy repair saved us money and time.The second time, he inspected our garage freezer and said a part needed to be replaced. But with his incredible honesty, he recommended that we replace the 15 year old one with a new unit. He said that it has given long service and after repair, something else might pop up.Thanks a lot for being so honest and very helpful! Sunny is a rare gem! The world would be so much better with more "Sunnys"!

My ice maker went down back in January. The owner/repairer came out to assess. He told me that it was probably the water valve but couldn't tell for sure until I emptied the freezer and thawed it out. He came back and did a full assessment and confirmed that it was the water valve. Keep in mind that both times he didn't charge me any additional fees. He only charged me for the parts and labor. A few weeks later, the water valve went out again. The same person came back for the assessment and confirmed that the water valve was defective. He ordered a new part and reinstalled in the same week. Truly appreciated his honesty and not trying to upsell me on anything that wasn't needed. I also appreciated that he didn't charge an assessment fee and gave me the choice to go with his company or get another quote elsewhere. This company is small, honest, reasonable, and reliable. Rare nowadays in this market. I've definitely found an appliance repair company that I can depend on. Thank you!

Came on time and provided a heads up phone call.The individual helping me could have easily shaken me down for more money. He saw that power was not going to my oven and the common online fix is to replace the control panel. He showed me how i can first attempt to reset the panel and that fixed it.

Overall very unprofessional and disappointed to the point where I will not buy another GE appliance. Tech showed up diagnosed are issue said he would call the next day. He never called, did not order our parts, and went on vacation. Spoke to GE they didn’t know what to do and said I had to wait for the tech. It’s the next week no call, called GE they told me they ordered parts and when my next appointment was. All this time I have no working fridge.Service: Refrigerator repair

Tech was late, couldn’t solve my issue, had to come back and no call to follow up on my issue like he said he would. I am planning on trashing my appliance and buying another brand. Im good on the call back! Not sure where are all the 5 star reviews are coming from?!?Service: Refrigerator repair

AMAZING SERVICE. Sunny notified me when he was on his way and estimated time of arrival. He then respectfully put on shoe booties so that he didn't track any dirt into the house. Most importantly? He effectively and efficiently repaired my dryer. He seemed VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about my appliance and was able to quickly identity the issue and rectify it. I would most certainly use him again for any appliance issues. Highly recommend him for anyone needing appliance repair!

we were really pleased. communication was superb and the technician arrived promptly for each appointment.He diagnosed the problem and they got the part quickly. I really appreciate they did the repair on weekends.price was fair too, my refrigerator running perfectly again, we will call them again for any appliance need.
