Very shity service staff is irresponsible never call you back even no record for reports please don’t waste time. I booked appointment went after leaving my all work and found that my appointment was canceled and no one informed me.

If I could manage to schedule a procedure, I might have something to say about the physicians. However, the scheduling staff and procedures are, in my experience, the worst that I have ever encountered with any practice. They DO NOT ANSWER CALLS AND DO NOT RETURN CALLS WHEN MESSAGES ARE LEFT.
Last week, I finally reached a human being, but that department does not schedule procedures, even though the phone tree specifically led me to that number for procedure scheduling. The person I spoke to was polite and said she would leave an urgent message for the procedure scheduling group because “they are more responsive to internal requests”. On that same call, I asked to be connected to a supervisor so I could provide feedback on the issue. She politely transferred my call where (no surprise) I got a voicemail and left a message.
One week later, I have not heard back from the scheduling people or from a supervisor. How do they manage to stay in business???

Should be reviewed for malpractice and neglect. Numerous phone calls ignored. No messages left. Hung up on when legitimate concerns are raised. This umbrella of the medical field will be reported. Their reston branch is just as bad if not worse. And based on this thread there is a large common theme here.

I went here and they ordered a CT scan when I had diverticulitis symptoms. They never told me it should be done same day and when I tried to make the radiology appt that office told me it could be urgent and I should’ve been there right away. I had CT scan done and this Gastro Health office didn’t mark it as stat so it was going to take a week for results. I called Gastro Health and they told me they would have it changed. They clearly forgot so I called the next day again and they basically told me tough luck because they couldn’t read the results in the 2.5 hours before close so I should go to the emergency room. I had a trip booked and needed the results. It cost me $3k to get the results at the emergency room in under 30 minutes. This office is full of incompetent people that don’t care about providing good service nor have concern for their patients health.
