My husband and I visited Framebridge with the hopes of framing our wedding suite, though we didn't have a clear idea of the layout. Within a few minutes, Keyenna organized all of our items (e.g., photos, stamps, envelopes, and other details) into a beautiful layout! We left our items with them, and the turnaround time was about two weeks. The finished product was worth the wait, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! Thank you, Keyenna, for your creativity and efficiency. Highly recommend Framebridge for anyone looking to preserve their special memories!

I’ve dropped off several pieces for framing at this location and have always been happy with the outcome. The staff are helpful and have great recommendations. The prices are way more reasonable than any other framing stores nearby.

I have been using the Framebridge app for several years and was excited to visit an actual brick and mortar store. I visited the Mosaic store recently with two prints I received as Christmas gifts. Keyenna was very helpful and made suggestions I never would have. The end result was amazing! I am delighted with how the framing turned out.

I have worked several times with at the Mosic Framebridge location, notably with Keyenna, Alexandros, and one other absolutely lovely employee. I have nothing but the best things to say. They have all been responsive, helpful, conversational, and have excellent taste; additionally I was impressed and touched by how Keyenna in particular engages my young children who are often with me in the design process. At one recent visit, Alexandros discovered secret artwork behind a work of art I brought in. Uncertain if it would be able to be separated and salvaged, he sent me a high-quality scan so that I could have it for future framing. I tend to bring in art that I've thrifted in exceptionally ugly frames and mats, and sometimes it's hard to see what potential exists, but without fail the employees have helped me make judgment calls that always turn out to be right. The interpersonal and design skills at this location are truly above and beyond. Each and every one of my framing experiences have confirmed that I will return again.

I will NEVER recommend Framebridge to anyone. I dropped my items off before Christmas and I still do not have them back on March 8th after being assured items would be returned in a few short weeks back in December. After waiting almost 3 months into this process, I received an email that “suddenly” the frame I had chosen was out of stock. Then after waiting 3 more weeks I received an email that they had damaged my items that are being framed. My treasured items that I had entrusted to this framing company are damaged! I am so disappointed. The customer service experience was terrible from the start, even when picking frames out at the store. Do not bring any items here. (Authors note: I never write reviews so the fact that I’m writing one should really put things in to perspective)

While I have gotten several pictures framed using the Framebridge website this is the first time I have gone into a location.The person who assisted me was very helpful.I look forward to getting my framed pictures in a few weeks.Everything I have gotten framed at Framebridge has been great.

During the ordering, I mentioned several times that it is unacceptable to use glue in the design, but I was assured they would not use it.When I received my order, the work was not stretched at all, I wanted to correct the stretch and found that the entire surface was just glued to the paper. Extremely upset

DO NOT USE FRAMEBRIDGE! I cannot stress this enough. I'm not one to ever leave reviews, but feel a need to warn others from the inattentive and dishonest practices from this company. In December I placed an order at the store in person and received a photo confirmation of what was to be done. What I received several weeks later were items that had been improperly placed, not centered, and crooked in the matting. I immediately brought the piece back to get corrected and was told it would be returned in a couple weeks. It has been over 2 months now and I still haven't received the items back. I've placed many, many calls to the store and customer service which has only resulted in empty promises, deceitful excuses, and straight up lies. I'm now convinced they've lost these irreplaceable items and I'm now faced with having to pursue legal avenues to obtain relief. Don't let this happen to yourself. Please use your local framing stores instead of this company. Ask yourself if you can trust a large, decentralized brand from losing or damaging your items. Avoid Framebridge at all costs and instead support your local framing businesses!

Great way to affordably frame art pieces, especially pieces that are a non-standard size. They have a limited selection of frames but I have always been able to find something that compliments my pieces. The process and pricing is very straightforward and they ship the finished products, very neatly and securely, to your home at no extra charge. So far I have had a total of 7 pieces matted and framed through this store (watercolor art and photographs) in 4 different frame styles, and some of my pieces were multi-mat. All came out looking beautiful, though some have some minor mistakes (e.g. patch of stickiness from excess glue on the frame of one piece, felt protector pads on the wrong corners of the backside of another piece). My pieces from the recent sale took several weeks to arrive (longer than the initial ETA) but their online customer service is fairly responsive and offered me a discount for the delays. They provide a service that is typically hundreds of dollars more expensive at conventional frame shops. It is a great value for what you get. I would definitely go back and recommend to them to others.

Framebridge generally does great work. I've had only a couple off issues in the past that were quickly and easily resolved. I do want to mention that even though they have physical locations, framing is still done offsite. I didn't realize this when I dropped off my last piece at the Mosaic location. The frame came back with smudging on the mat and had to get shipped back to the factory to be redone. It was resolved very quickly but only after I got on chat with customer service to push a little.
