The mortgage loan process with First Heritage Mortgage was one of the first completely automated or 100% on line accessible, I have ever used. It was nice to be able to just upload all my documents and get the periodically videos to review. I still would have liked more of the human interaction which I was able to do by reaching out. There is still room for improvement on the app or site to be able to interact and correct/clarify information and questions that came up. The other thing was not being able to get a locked in interest rate when it was lower was a bit of a disappointment, surprised as we had excellent credit.

This was our first home purchase and Ryan Zacrep at First Heritage Mortgage made the difficult process flow seamlessly. Ryan was proactive in getting everything done ahead of time and keeping us informed and updated constantly. He was very professional and friendly when talking to him on the phone and we were able to contact him at anytime with questions and concerns along the way. He took the time to explain all the steps in the process via email and phone calls, especially in these current difficult times of home purchasing. When it came time to the closing, everything went perfect and quickly and even our builder was impressed with our mortgage broker who had everything completed and done without any issues. Ryan and his team at First Heritage Mortgage was absolutely the best and my wife and I highly recommend them for any future home buyer.
