I bought a pair of shoes and they didn’t give me a receipt, I drive to Springfield to exchange shoes and they couldn’t find the receipt in the data base. Waste of time and money!

Came in the other day for a pair of shoes, the young man with the curly hair (his coworker called him Mo) was very polite and patient. He helped me and my son pick out a pair of shoes and did it all with a smile. Will be coming back, thanks :)

We were the ONLY ones in the store, we walked in today and none of the THREE employees even greeted us and asked us if we needed help (which we couldnt find what we needed so we left). They were standing behind the registers talking to one another and on their phones. We walked over to Van's and bought 2 pairs of shoes. Completely 180 in atmosphere and customer service over there.

I did not like how I was treated. While I was looking at shoes guy walks past saying "excuse me bro" with a nasty attitude. Then walked right past me again in front of me rudely without saying excuse me. Who treats their customers like that??? Like come one man if you want people to spend money show some dam respect!!!!.

Maybe focus on your customers instead of each other's conversations ESPECIALLY during the holidays when people have money to spend. This place only hires people who don't want to work. Finish line says they have a 45 day return policy. I returned within two because the store manager with white hair/ blonde says their store policy is different than the rest of finish line store policy which makes no sense and didn’t let me do the return. I had to drive 40 minutes to another finish line that let me do the return. Very horrible experience
