The office at this location did not open at the posted time. Or, I should say at either of their posted times. On the internet the opening time says 8:00 a.m. once you arrive, The opening time says 9:00 a.m. posted on their door. Nine o'clock came and went without this business opening. Once they did open at about 10 minutes after 9:00, they seem to be horribly understaffed and worse there were several machines out of service. It was a very frustrating experience.

Mary Beth & Brittany were incredibly helpful! I came in and needed professional printing last minute. Not only were they able to help me figure out what type of paper would be best/how to submit my file, but the service and friendliness was above and beyond. I’m so happy with how my print job came out and will be back this week. Would highly recommend this location and to look for Mary Beth and Brittany for exceptional customer service!

Horrible experience. I went to scan some documents and their machines were not working. The manager, an Indian guy, with total lack of empathy, did not care about assisting and it is not the first time that I go there and he is in a bad mood. Don't work there if you don't like it, find another job.

Print and go machine is not working for a while. I went there twice in different months to use that service, sadly FedEx hasn't fixed the problem.

For the sake of humanity, professionalism & customer service; please train your employees in this location. It is absolutely awful. Their printer is down, & nobody even try to come close to talk to me, no eye contact, no apologies for the inconvenience. As soon as I entered as if they were ready to kick customers off “Our printer is down”. I kept asking how soon will it take to have the service, all I get is was “well, it is down, we don’t know” in a very unpleasant, unprofessional way. I will never step in this location in my lifetime.

I came on a slow day so I was able to get help for the lamination service. They have pretty much everything here from printer, lamination, shipping, with other things to shop for like cards and books. It was my time using the lamination service so if you’re going to use it too. Use the provided white pocket folder to cover the lamination so it rolls through the laminator. Else it won’t be able to roll through the machine

Mary Beth was extremely helpful in helping me figure out which paper I had used in a previous printing order at FedEx. Since FedEx deleted all customer accounts when they updated the website (I'm not sure why) and I never received an email saying that this was going to happen, I had no record of the paper that I had used in previous orders. I was very grateful that Mary Beth was not only knowledgeable but very patient and understanding of my situation and helped get everything done in a very efficient way and the prints looked beautiful.
