Guy brushed me off. The FedEx in University is so much friendlier and professional. I only came to this one because their printer was down. Shame.

Went to this store around 3:40pm~ish ...or so. Went there to try to get few printouts from my FedEx cards but I only have bunch of quarters. I approached an Asian employee named John who is slender, somewhat tall and has long black bangs. I asked for assistance to have the money put in my card so I can start using them to print. He says he does not accept coins and points out to the machine (that accepts money) but also tells me they don't accept coins only dollar bills. So I ask him if he accept the coins at the front register (since they always do and I been to this store since 2016 when Gustov worked there --- no longer?) and even prior to other FedEx stores way back. I know how the whole process works. Anyways he says he still cannot accept coins and I was confused and he went blank silent. It was awkward and was ready to leave and feeling humiliated. Another employee Yama (Middle Eastern or possibly Hispanic) approaches me. He was bit friendly compared to aloof John. So Yama helped me. He accepted my coin at the front counter and put money into my FedEx card and I was able to use it to print out my stuff. Towards the end as I was finishing up my business there, I approached John and asked him why he didn't accept my coins. He didn't even attempt to make eye contact with me when I was talking to him and simply mumbled "misunderstanding" and try to avoid me. So you want to call this off as just simple "misunderstanding" and thought I was going to be okay with this?
To not own up to his mistake, refusing to apology and just mumbling "misunderstanding" to a client is totally unprofessional and John has no customer service skills and lack people skills and any thought process. I already knew the machine cannot accept coins which is why the first thing I did was approach him the moment I opened the door. I told him about all this and asked him if he has any concept of self-responsibility and ownership and why he didn't even give apology. He just simply ignored me and walked away. This Asian employee named John needs disciplinary time and rebuked by his higher ups or even fired. I wonder who the manager is at this store. It wasn't like this. I called customer compliant center for FedEx and let the customer representative know about the unprofessional behaviors of John. Meanwhile I will give Staples (right across from the street) my business from now here and on. I encourage anyone who reads this to do the same and if you really have no choice but the come here, try to get your service by Yama instead of John.

I have very bad experience that lady name makara is so weird and rude not nice person the store was okay those 2 guys in shipping were helping me with my package but that women could not help me.

Printing services are very expensive $.19 for black-and-white is steep but $.69 a page for colored single-sided and then add that a $2.50 handling charge if you give it to someone else to print it and this place is like price itself out to point where it’s not worth doing business for the purposes of printing
I get it paper and printing toner is expensive, but it’s not that expensive

They charged me additionally the same amount as I paid after sending, although I weighed the parcel in front of them. For the other parcel, the weight did not change when purchasing the label on eBay, but they did not count it down. They are just deceiving people. I have always used USPS before, and will continue to do so in the future. One of the parcels has been in transit for 8 days already, this is my anti-record, I am already waiting for a message and a bad review from a client dissatisfied with the speed of delivery.
They also constantly behave disrespectfully, turning away from you during a conversation and walking away from you when you are standing at the counter.
I hope they all get fired because such employees harm Fedex’s business and its reputation.

Don’t waste your money! Use a different shipping company! They messed up my order and cost me over $150. They told me it would arrive in 3 days. That was a week ago and it still hasn’t arrived! Never again will I use FedEx!!!

Had an extremely pleasant experience at this location, I believe the employee that helped me step by step on the printer his name was John…he was very knowledgeable helping me going out of his way to chat as well. They are the best Federal Express print shop in the nation. Not just with regard to competitors. But I have tried to get things done at other Federal Express centers and they can't do it. This regional center just East of the City of Fairfax are highly professional and highly capable. THey can do Supreme Court briefs, court briefs, anything. They know what they are doing.

Had a terrible experience here while shipping a laptop to my friend. I informed the lady who was working there that my friend had already paid for the service and that I only needed to provide the account number. However, the lady responded with an upset tone and told me that I had to pay regardless of what my friend had said. I was certain that she was wrong but I did not say anything. I waited until she checked the account. She checked something on the computer, then she printed the receipt and took my computer inside.I called her to ask if I needed to pay anything, and she sounded very unhappy as she informed me that the receipt had already been printed (on her printer), which meant that I didn't need to pay. Throughout the entire process, the lady remained very unhappy and upset, while I was very polite. I have no idea what I did to upset her. I recall that she had been very cheerful when talking to another customer just before me. This makes me wonder whether she was being racist towards me because I'm Asian, as I can't think of anything that I did to make her upset in that way.

My favorite service for printing and preparing for mailing important letters and documents. I especially appreciate their excellent, efficient assistance in downloading and printing from my iphone or laptop saved documents and photos.
