I won't use any store but this one ever again!! My neighbor needed an urgent overnight shipment of the wrist bands for Disney World that she'd forgotten to pack before leaving on 12/23 to drive to Orlando. 3 little kids would be hugely disappointed if they didn't arrive tomorrow. I have a key to her house so went over, found the box with the bands and took them to the FedEx store at Fair City Mall. The team members Barbara and Harminder went WAY above and beyond to help. First, Barbara repacked the Express box when we discovered it hadn't sealed smoothly and there was a gap on the side. "This has important contents in it," she said, and got another box. Then, Harminder recommended I take a photo of the contents so my neighbor could show the Disney bands if the package didn't arrive (the major storm across the country possibly impacting the shipment). So we opened the box again, I took the photo, and they helped repack a second time. It was a good thing I took the photo, because when I sent it to my neighbor after getting home, she realized I only had 2 of the 7 Disney bands - she hadn't been clear when she sent me to her house that there were others. I called the store and Barbara pulled the package. Returning an hour later with the other 5 bands, she and Harminder had a new box ready to go, reprinted the label, and helped me repack again. Talk about customer service! They clearly love helping customers and want everything to go well. I am astounded at the professionalism, and my neighbor, driving down to Orlando, can't say enough about how this is saving their family's vacation. Bravo to the whole team, and thanks!!

I went in a few weeks ago, the gentleman working there on a late Sunday afternoon was really helpful he above and beyond helping me with my copying dilemma. I really appreciate his help! Especially since it's hard to find someone working at places like this that actually willing to do all they can to get your problem resolved!

I like diy's so I often go to this FedEx because the place is nearby but honestly I don't recommend it! Every time I go there the employees act like what I am asking is impossible or it's not the way they do it, but after I push back a little they give me exactly what I need. so the long face and awful customer service is really just a matter of unprofessionalism!! I have worked customer service and if I worked here I would simply make sure I understand what the customer wants and then figure it out myself!! Besides the employees have the worst attitude and they show it!!

I was in the store at 540 PM today doing a big copy job for a court filing. At 6 PM sharp, the crew turned off the lights and announced the store was closed, making it impossible for me to finish. As a result the copies I made were wasted.I get that folks are eager to control payroll costs and to get home, but this was really inappropriate.Never again.
