Always the most efficient, knowledge service reps! Never think twice about bringing my vehicles here for service!

This is for the Sales and After Sales (if it even exists) department, not the service department:The after-sales service is terrible. A few months ago, I bought a used car at this car dealership, and before closing the deal, I noticed that the rear light was broken and had moisture inside it. I told the salesperson that the only thing I needed to finalize the purchase was to have that part replaced. The salesperson and the financial advisor told me not to worry, that they would change the part when I brought the car for service. I brought the vehicle for service, and they tell me that, since there is no document establishing that agreement, they won't change the part. I do not recommend buying a used vehicle at this dealership; they don't fulfill the agreements they offer. While the service representative is empathetic (and I appreciate that), there's nothing he can do at this point. I need a proof of what the salesman and financial representative told me before signing the contract, and this salesman is not answering the phone. I'll be reaching to the sales manager but at this point I don't think they are going to honor the agreement. I'm stuck with a blown tail light that will make my car not pass the inspection.

If a 0 star could be given. Save yourselfThe trouble and go somewhere else. Do notUse their service department. Full of scammers. My ac blew, dropped my car off, and they broke my glove box in the process and see refusing to refund my money. Instead their service advisors and managers are hiding and saying their customer don't matter. It's all about money for them. Beware !!!! Thanks Joe - service manger Thanks Charles - service advisor Thanks for breaking my car :) o

This is for the SERVICE DEPARTMENT ONLY. We had a great experience buying our car from Mo at Farrish. Just the service department when you bring your car in is terrible. You can not get a straight answer. They have said work was done to our car then someone else there says it wasn't done. They have a random "SHOP SUPPLY COSTS" even for diagnostic problems they have caused. No one can seem to explain the "SHOP SUPPLY COST". We have been charged twice for it even when there hasn't been anything to dispose of. They are friendly when you call to make the appointment but not so friendly once you are there and are sometimes plain rude especially the service manager Andrew. It used to be delightful there and I had great experiences but the last 2 times the service has gone down and is terrible. I would definitely NOT recommend getting your car serviced there.

Warning: Whatever you do avoid Sierra the service advisor. Also there was a heavy Hispanic guy that just was very very rude when I pulled my car up the the service lane. They absolutely suck! I am a former sales and finance manager at a CDJR dealer and from what I've experience I wasn't served at the highest level or even close to it. Avoid avoid avoid. Give the Koons Jeep in Tysons a shot. They'll treat you better!

Very nice experience buying a 2023 Ram 1500 pickup truck. After having an awful experience at Lindsay Dodge in Manassas on Saturday, I was sooo happy to skip the games and schemes at Farrish. Saad and the finance guy were great. Got to a good price and, surprisingly, exceeded my target on a trade-in.

Basem Saleh was awesome! He's easy to deal with, kind even when you're not buying, & courteous throughout the car buying process.I found Farrish through a few ways: Jeep's site inventory being spot on, social media forum reputation being supreme, and proximity to my home. Financing through victor who has years of experience in the DC area will be easy. He frames numbers how u need them to make the best decision for your family. Plus, he gave me helpful hints that are worth their weight in gold! I left there with 7 year extended warrant, maintenance and the 3-in-1 deal. I knew I wanted all that from my past exp w Jeep windshields, paint chipping, potholes, etc. it helps! Do not forget to cancel all this stuff if ur car gets totaled prior to expiration. And finally, none of this would've happened it if weren't for the sales manager Vinnie who is a Jeep guy. Knows his products. And knows that your time is extremely valuable avoiding the time suck that is usually the all day back and forth sales process. I was in and out, legit, 2 hours max. And in all fairness, most of that was me asking victor run numbers a few ways. I highly recommend Farrish and the sales team there. Contact me if you want more info.

Recommended service I had already had completed. Took to another Chrysler dealer and it was on record in their computer system that I did not need said $1,000 service.

I brought my vehicle in knowing exactly what the problem was... their diagnostic came back with 14 points that needed attention - none of which were the issue I brought it in for.. including wanting to replace an aftermarket upgraded tie rod and drag link I had literally just installed to replace the crappy OEM one. I had to persuade them to fix the one issue that was the actual problem. When the finally looked at it, and did the replacement of the defective part (transmission cooler and lines) the labor charge was about twice the amount of time most websites estimate it should take. That being said, it looks like they did fix the problem. Again though, they would have never touched the issue if I hadn't insisted that that be the one they work on and not all the other stuff they were pushing which, to me, feels like they were just trying to upsell a lot of unnecessary things to pay the bill. For example, $94 to tighten the windshield wiper arm on the rear of my jeep? No thank you. The other thing is that they are available a text message to read it had a service on my bill that they told me they weren't going to do, but which the service advisor thought they had done; I get that communications mistakes happen, but if I had not verified that they didn't do it, they would've charge me another $300 for something that didn't do. Bottom line is that probably not the best place to go if you have anything seriously wrong with your jeep and don't know what it is because they won't try and talk a bunch of stuff on there. Again though, I'm literally driving back from the shop right now so we'll see how things hold up but at least the issue has been repaired.

Got my car serviced here, they were polite and did a good job. What else can you ask for.

My car had multiple damage, mostly dents, but also a broken passenger side rear view mirror and rear passenger side rear door handle. The estimate took only fifteen minutes, excellent, I was looking forward to doing business with them. The estimate for everything came out to approximately $5000. That was too much for us, so we asked to just have the mirror and door handle fixed. I have two little kids, so safety is especially important. They refused, saying that they had a reputation to uphold and could not partially fix the car. It was everything or nothing. Huh? Nice try but I'll go elsewhere thank you.

Fixed my car, excellent customer service. Would've been a 5 star if only I didn't have to wait 3 days for my car.

Had good and bad experience while the car was under warranty. after that, it's better to take the car somewhere else. The service itself is really hit or miss. It depends who works on it. Their recommendation very inconsistent. What they recommended last time, somehow doesn't exist anymore. Last time took the car for service, no one would provide an update the whole day. Then they wanted to keep the car for a week to replace an alternator. They charged bunch of fees. Even their drop off if not complimentary. After that poor experience, I called and left a message for the manager and emailed the person with whom I had a great experience while he was the advisor and now In charge of service, no one responded.

Dropped my car off for a 9:30 AM appointment to program a new key fob that I ordered thru the Dealership for 2019 Jeep Cherokee. Around noon, i received a text from Dealership that a multi point inspection had been preformed on my vehicle and there were three things that needed attention. nothing about the programing of my key fob. I did not request nor sign for any multi point inspection. I then tried to reach my "adviser" with no success. I later was able to speak to someone in service that said it did not show the work was finished with my key fob. Strange, time to do multi point inspection, but not time in nearly 5 hours to do the programming of my key fob when I had a 9:30 appointment. At about 3:00 my vehicle was finished. Not satisfied with this type of service. BTW - be careful with your key fobs. A new key fob and programing cost nearly $400. Think I will check around before going back for service here
