It took a while to get windshield repaired and first it was difficult to get updates and pricing. They tried to do good job. May be my windshield was a difficult work so some lack of communication and partial invoicing. Joe helped with the process. No issue with their work. Will return.

****STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE**** absolutely the most untrustworthy and incompetent repair shop I have ever dealt with. I can't even waste my time going into how many ways that screwed us over and screwed up our car. Just save yourself the headache and do not go here!!

The vehicle had a rattling noise under the hood and despite multiple calls to schedule a repair the dealership was unable to provide a loaner vehicle. When I did finally take the vehicle in they sat on it for 3 days with minimal updates on status. It was impossible to get anyone on the phone for an update on the vehicle and when I showed up at the service center to check on the status they told me the vehicle was ready and all fixed up. When I asked what the issue was they said the tires just needed air. Needless to say that was not the issue and I am now having to reschedule the repair with another dealership.

Got an appointment for 10:30 in the morning. When I got there I was told I have to leave the truck and it will take up to 48 hours just to diagnose an issue because it's busy and there are people with higher priority in line and it's just how it is. What was the point of the appointment if you can't even touch the truck the first day or even the second day? How unorganized are you if you can't even keep the integrity of your appointments.I called another service center 20 miles away and they told me that they can do the diagnostics in 2-3 hours.Drove Mercedes and BMWs for 15 years never had this issue at service centers. That one star is for the dude who gave me my keys back and complimented my truck. Everyone else 0 stars.

July 08, 2023:Started the day by grabbing some donuts to bring over to the Service Team before my 8:30 a.m. oil change. After pulling my 2023 Dodge Challenger into the garage, I requested to add a car wash to the service because my car was dusty. I normally spend 4 hours between the hand wash and tire wet application at home, but I thought I'd try and save some time by getting a wash on-site. I askedif the wash was bristle brush (which I will always avoid) and I was told the wash was by hand. The wash was added as an additional service item. I received notification that the oil change (100%) was completed at 9:19 a.m., as part of the Multi-Point Inspection Report that was delivered to my e-mail. I personally examined the Dodge app on my phone at 9:42 a.m., which showed the same findings. On or about 11:10 a.m., while I was en route to the restroom, I was approached by a gentleman who inquired if I was "Mr. RXXXXX." I replied, "Yes", and he said the receptionist, also at the window, would be able to check me out. I was able to pay for the wash ($20.00), and I exchanged another $20.00 for four (4) $5.00s at the window, so I could tip the guy pulling up my car. I thanked the Service Team member and pulled away, only to pull over at Freddy's/Hooters to re-examine the vehicle (1.0 mile up the road). Note: Prior to my departure the receptionist mentioned that they sometimes use a detailing/wash service located on "Draper". I'm assuming that is Detail Authority, but can neither confirm nor deny this possibility. Once exiting the vehicle in a vacant parking lot shared by Freddys/Hooters, and upon further examination of my vehicle, I noticed four (4) chips to the paint near my front right head lamp. The paint also looks stretched/wrinkled in that area, which is a shame because this was just purchased in April. Needless to say, I felt extremely irritated/ disappointed, but had an appointment to travel to in Falls Church, so I didn't end up contacting Farrish via the online bot until later that evening. Some guy called me from a 571 number to inform me that the Service Team was gone for the day, and that I should try Monday; this was just after 7:00 p.m. I already knew, but I do appreciate his efforts to follow up.The value of the maintenance plan with Mopar that I purchased is I believe North of $2,000 (I'd have to double check the USB they provided me with). The oil change was already paid for (I get 10 of them). As mentioned, the car wash was $20.00. I just wasn't expecting a future out-of-pocket expense to fix, touch-up, or otherwise recondition that area now chipping. Overall, the car is purring after the oil change and I hope I don't run into any issues, but I am fairly disappointed with the damage to the front right corner of my vehicle. I just wish someone could be honest about what happened, be it at the time of car wash, during the oil change/inspection, or before final transfer to me. Only reason I'm giving two (2) stars is because the oil change went well, Manny (and the team) communicated good, and the ease of scheduling the service. Will I be back? I'm not sure, but I know most people would be furious right now.

Charles is terrible. Joe is terrible. Dropped my Jeep off as my AC blew. It was a game of cat and mouse. Called numerous times. Was told my car was ready but whole time it wasn't. They ended up jamming my glove box. And when I reached out to Joe the service manager he made it very clear his employees are more important than the fact that hI employees half did their job diagnosing my car and broke my glove box in the process of doing it. He refused to refund my money for the diagnostic fee. Do not come here. This place is absolute joke. Cashiers are joke too.

Complete lack of integrity for the service department. Was lied to by three people. When I inquired and then insisted to see in writing the policy they were citing, they could not produce. If you are honest up front you don't have to make it up as you go along. No integrity.

I have been a customer of Farrish Service for over 20 years with my last three cars, a Stratus and two Chargers. Always top-notch service. I take care of my cars and they take care of me. For my latest visit, my service consultant Sarah provided excellent service with prompt communication, regular updates, and fair pricing. Comfortable to wait in their business center waiting room or catch a ride with their local van service or set up a rental car for extended jobs. When service is complete, the customer gets a detailed report of all the work and itemized pricing. Never any "extra" unnecessary recommendations here. Thanks, Farrish!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Met Chuck today and I was amazed that he didn’t keep talking about anything but patiently listened to what I said about the issue that needed to be addressed. Worked my vehicle in to be serviced, personally took us to a very nice waiting area and continued to keep us informed throughout the process! I am very pleased to have meet you Chuck, please continue to be you. Thanks ????Service: Auto maintenance

I have been a loyal customer to Farrish Service for my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. My most recent trip they ran a report that told me my brake pads 'need immediate attention' and they were measuring 3mm. Front, back, rotors, etc. This was approximately $1,500 of work. I took it to a AAA garage as a back-check and they told me all brake pads are in good condition and do NOT need to be replaced. I have lost all trust in this service provider.Service: Auto maintenance

Stay as far aware from these buffoons as possible! A cocktail of robbery, subpar customer service and an inability to provide adequate accommodations for a longtime customers. I’ve purchased three vehicles from this dealership and have used their service & parts department for almost all things pertaining to these vehicles. However I will never be a customer again. In my second most recent visit I went in for a standard tire rotation which quickly turned into the purchase and (2) new front tires. However they ordered the completely wrong tires (size, tread, manufacturer, model etc.) somehow proceeded to install them nevertheless without even noticing the drastic difference. If I hadn’t pointed it out to them instantaneously, they wouldn’t have batted an eye.In my most recent visit, in which I went in for an install of a engine part (EGR) I was initially told that although the part wasn’t in house, it would be received and delivered within a two week window. Two weeks turned into 2+ months and I quickly became the individual calling the manufacturer weekly, receiving updates and passing them along to the Farrish parts department. After the part was finally received and installed they didn’t even have the dignity to admit their failure and provide any concrete explanation or discount outside of “this being out of their control” mind you this was a Chrysler/Jeep manufacturer part!Services: Transmission repair
