Think of this place as a primitive washing facility - not to be trusted with any clothes you value. They WILL do a rough job that will permanently alter your fine materials. They WILL NOT know how to clean properly, so at best you'll get back stains they're incompetent to remove, at worst you'll get ruined fabric.

Great service every single visit. I have had alterations for a lot of suits for myself and son. I have all of my dry cleaning done there as well. I have never had an issue and the customer service is A-1.

Before Covid, they charged $1.85 per shirt. LAst month they charged me $3.50 per shirt. Today they charged me $4.50 per shirt! the owner said the costs was because my shirts were "big". First of all, my shirts some are L some are XL - pretty normal sizes for a lot of men. And I have been taking my shirts to this cleaner since 2016 and was never charged for them being "big" before.

My first review and comments, ever...This used to be my regular go-to cleaners, but the owner (40-50yo Korean guy) has become mean and rude. Don't know what changed, and for the most part I have a thick skin, but why support this place when there are literally dozens other like it and without the attitude?

$5 a shirt, "heavy starch" requested and what I got was something I could have done at home with a washer and an iron. NO creases and little starch. Oh yeah and they're disgustingly overpriced. The owner is kinda nasty too. There are cleaners every 10 feet in NOVA. I found another. It took five minutes.

The owner tried to rip me off. I paid $109 for alterations which they screwed up. I asked to have 4 shits ironed and he charged me $20, so I said let's do dry cleaning instead since it's $2.5 a shirt. All of a sudden he jacked up the dry-cleaning price on the fly from $2.5 to $5 and claimed that it would cost the same. He is very rude also...

Some of these bad recent reviews make no sense at all. The guy who was working when I got there was super professional and friendly. Had my stuff done on time for a good price. We’ll use them again.

I am not sure what has happened to this business. They now charge if you have your shirt buttoned, prices have doubled since pre pandemic and the guy has a terrible attitude. Even thought this is very close to my home, so will need to find someplace new.

Best dry cleaners I’ve ever used. Went here for four years while I lived in the neighborhood. Never once was something late or cleaned incorrectly through hundreds of shirts and and dozens of suit cleanings. Friendliest and most awesome staff!

Very poor Customer service and unprofessional people working, I had my clothes washed at this place and they messed up Two of my shirts with Iron, and made me paid $52 and while I was talking to with owner he said that ISNOT our mistake you gave them to us like that, I have been going their several years but last experience I had I won’t recommend anyone to handle with them because they are not honest and Not a pro business handlers.

Rude! Charges new customers more . Yells at people for asking why people pay half the price . Told me sewing and alterations aren't worth their time .I'm so glad I never have to go back because there a re good business very close by.
