I was there twice in less than 6 months, first time I was extremely nervous, overwhelmed to find out that I have cancer, the nurse and front desk were extremely nice, very friendly and helpful. Second time was very good too! Same people and all of them very friendly.Thank you

Office staff is nice and accommodating . The waiting room is calming with coffee. The radiology staff are all super sweet and patient ( I know since my veins decide to hide when there :). I go every six months and it’s a pleasure to see all of the staff.

The phone screen I had a week before PET with the Radiology dept was very thorough. The front desk reception staff member was friendly and the radiology tech I had was professional snd made me feel at ease.

The entire staff we communicated with was extremely professional, kind and courteous. We were admitted as scheduled and did not have to wait. All details were explained and our questions were answered fully. The facility is modern, clean and the environment ensures that the patients and visitors are accommodated comfortably. They provided an afterwards package with great selection of items. Thank you for taking great care of us!

I went to Fairfax Radiology PET/CT Center today for a service and was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of my Radiology Technician, Jamie, who immediately made me feel at ease. I felt completely safe in her hands, due to the confident and caring way she listened to me and discussed my concerns. I will gladly come here again because of the top-notch staff.

My experience with Fairfax Radiology was excellent! From the time I made my appointment, the Staff was very friendly, courteous and efficient. Upon my arrival the day of my scheduled appointment, the Receptionist that helped me was friendly and had me confirm all my information on the IPAD. No sooner did I complete that, I was already being brought back to a private room and was given thorough instructions as to the reason for my appointment. I wish I could remember the Technician”s name, but I do know she is the Chief Tech there. She was very friendly and answered any questions I had as it was my first time to have a PET Scan and feeling a bit anxious about it. She made me feel at ease and not to worry. Not often anymore that you get this level of customer (patient) service and with a friendly, cheerful smile that i experienced. I would highly recommend FFX Radiology to anyone who may need their services! Great job!
