I haven’t even made it in to my appointment yet and I won’t be after how the staff spoke to me over the phone I wish I would I’m never going to go somewhere and be disrespected

Fairfax MRI Center does not keep proper records, they are impossible to communicate with and overall a dangerous provider. I caution anyone to work with them.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I had an excellent experience here. Everyone I interacted with was kind, very helpful, and professional.
