-20/10 ***Do not recommend at all. Staff is verbally abusive and physically aggressive with kids when parents aren’t around. I’ve seen it with my own eyes before so as a parent, please don’t take your kids here. Additionally the Assistant Manager “Adrianna” is extremely verbally abusive. She is young and incompetent. I walked in one day and heard her telling kids that she didn’t like them because they aren’t “cute and chill”. The teachers here will yell and scream at your kids and then smile in your face during pick up. In fact I had to yell at a teacher once for aggressively picking up a child and shaking them in the preschool class and I only had the privllage of seeing this because I randomly popped up in the middle of the day so I could pick my kids up early. Please don’t be fooled by the “act” they give when parents are around. For the safety of your kids please take your kids else where because no matter how many time you complain to corporate, nothing will change. Stay away. There’s other locations that are worth your money and confidence.

Kindercare Fairfax deserves ALL the stars. We switched my four-year-old from a rather extreme play-based school to Kindercare in late summer. The switch has been a pretty big adjustment for us but the teachers in the pre-K room are so patient and communicative. Ms. Latavia, Ms. Raven, and Ms. Yuri are amazing and make me feel like my son is safe and cared for while with them. Even after more challenging days for him, my kiddo’s favorite part of his day is school. The director and assistant director are also amazing and just seem interested in you and your kid. I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with this school and the people in it ?

Our daughter was part of the infant program for about five months and we couldn't think more highly of the school and the program. The leadership team has been wonderful to work with, and our daughter's teachers have been so caring and great to her. Her lead teacher, Ms. Seble, runs a great classroom and is passionate about educating and caring for the children in her class. Our daughter had a huge smile on her face every day we dropped her off and she saw her teachers. Overall we had a great experience and will miss the team.

Such a great experience with our infant at this Fairfax! As first time parents the whole team made it so easy and assuring to leave her there in a bright, stimulating and warm classroom. The director and asst., & lead infant teacher, Ms. Seble have such big hearts for these kids. The frequent daily app & verbal updates, collaboration with our unique needs and constant engagement with all the kids is incredible. We're lucky to have found them!

In this area it seems to be so hard to find a daycare. Kindercare took us in and we were happy to have them. We needed a provider early on and our child was well cared for. They provided updates throughout the day which gave us peace of mind knowing that they were safe and healthy.In particular we want to thank Mrs. Seble who is clearly an experienced caregiver, providing recommendations for bottle size increases and for when to start on solid foods, and Mrs. Selma, who was kind and loving as was evident by being the only other person other than us that our child would actively reach out to to be carried by.We look forward to seeing what our child will learn with the next classroom, as the next teachers will no doubt be wonderful as well.

We had such a great experience! Hina was so professional from the moment we reached out (and huge contrast from other places) and all her staff personally looked after our son his first week because it was a big transition for him. Everyone in the infant/toddler section is so kind, respectful, communicative, and have made a lasting impression. We appreciate their creativity, personal touch, and professionalism!

We have been at this KinderCare since October, and absolutely love it!!! The Infant Room teachers and the Directors are amazing - our son loves going to daycare because they make him feel taken care of. We trust them 100%! We would recommend this KinderCare to anyone!!

Our son was in the infant room from age 4mo-8mo. The care and compassion that his teachers showed, especially Ms. Seble, Ms. Salma, and Ms. Kiran, was incredible. They were great communicators and would give us a brief recap at the end of each day. Our son would give the biggest grin to each of them, and it was clear the adoration was mutual. Ms. Hina and Ms. Adriana, the director and assistant director, respectively, are also terrific and would always check in with us when we were dropping off and picking up our son. We were very comfortable leaving our son in their capable hands and would highly recommend this daycare facility to other parents of babies.

We got very lucky with backup care at Fairfax KinderCare and would have loved to stay for a long term if there was an opening. All the infant room teachers including the lead teacher, Ms. Seble, were so warm and caring. My baby always came home clean and happy. I also loved the real time photo updates throughout the day. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my baby girl!!

This place is really nice, clean, and the staff are very friendly and supportive. My son is enjoying his time there and he learned a lot so far. I highly recommend this place and don't hesitate to enroll your kids over there.

My nephew attends and I have noticed an improvement in his behavior. This structure works well for him, unlike the Montessori method he used to attend. Understanding teachers with wonderful communication!

I did not like this facility, they are unorganized, they don’t take the time to know parents names they just go by faces. My child was hurt and they couldn’t figure out how it happened which tells me the teachers are not paying attention. I was also told it was based on a montessori based curriculum but they never follow what is outlined in the portal. They also told me they would follow my potty training schedule but never did. Overall I would not recommend.

I have two children who attend KinderCare. They have attended the infant, toddler, preschool and school age programs. My husband and I could not be happier. We are a military family so we have gone to many different types of child care and we both agree KinderCare has been the best. Our children are well cared for, they are provided with great educational opportunities and experiences. I love how the center keeps us in the loop with how their days are going and all the photos are amazing. During this whole Covid-19's business they have kept their doors open when safe (as my husband and I are both frontline workers), they have kept a clean center and have done a great job at fallowing all CDC guidelines. 5 stars is not enough! Thank you

My son has been in kindercare for a year and I have seen how much he has improved by going here everyday! He enjoys and looks forward to coming to kindercare everyday to play with his friends and the teachers. He is currently in discovery preschool. Ms. Adriana and Ms. Debi do an awesome job of communicating in the kindercare app showing pictures and giving updates on what my son does during the day. The director Ms. Hina and the assistant director Ms. Hingameh , is super friendly and also communicates if there is an issue or an update on my son as well! I’m very happy with the care that is provided for my son.
