I don't know if the pumps are very accurate. My gas tank was empty, but not below "E". My gas tank holds 15 gallons. Filling my tank took 15.65 gallons. Kind of suspicious, if you ask me. But, you be the judge.

Brought my Honda Odyssey to get checked out due to unusual noise / vibration I was experiencing, after reading various positive reviews. After driving the car for 10 years I was 100% confident there was something wrong with the car and I did not feel safe driving it. After having it for a full day, Liberty Auto Service told me there was NOTHING wrong with it and told me they were giving me a discounted charge of $90 (from $140). I was still confident that there was something wrong, so took it to a Honda Dealership where they found and fixed a broken wheel bearing and the issues I was hearing/feeling were completely gone. When my husband’s car’s service light came on a few days later, we dropped it off at Liberty to get checked (Assuming they would admit their mistake and credit the charge toward any work on my husband’s car). We dropped the car in the evening and told the attendant not to do any work on it until we talked to the Service Manager about the Honda situation and ask for a credit toward the work on my husband’s car. Instead of calling, they checked out the other car and said nothing was wrong with it and tried to charge us another diagnostic fee. He told us that the dealership ripped us off, there was nothing wrong with the Honda (he had many great mechanics check it out) and was not going to give any refunds or credit. Most unprofessional and unskilled business I’ve ever experienced.

We have done inspections and emissions testing for all of our vehicles here for the past 3 years, and every time the staff is fast, courteous, and straightforward with no frills. No appointment ever necessary. Highly recommend!
