I buy vapes there weekly along with bang drinks. Very disappointing to waste 26 or so dollars on a vape when it is defective. They won't allow exchanges simply because they aren't willing to send back their defective vapes to the manufactures and exchange for working ones, which is at no cost to them.
I asked about this over the phone which is how I found out. He said something and I asked what he said because I didn't hear him and he quickly said, "ok, thank you bye." and hung up.
Do right by your customers and start doing this. There is absolutely no reason not to. My vape is full and doesn't work. As of now, unless this is addressed and fixed, you've lost a customer.
It's crazy because you post pictures of theives shoplifting from your store, but your essentially doing the same thing doing this.

Great location if you need gas and you think of it when you're on your way IN to the shopping center. I would not recommend stopping here when you are on your way out though. Exiting from this Exxon station, and making that left hand turn to try to exit the shopping center, can be very difficult. People do not want to let you out. Gas is not the lowest in the area at this station either. However it is clean and it is convenient.
