Ordering via phone was easy enough, and the person was friendly. However, I wouldn't order from here again. I needed the flowers to be delivered to the back door because my grandma cannot use the stairs, and they did not follow these simple instructions leaving the flowers stranded outside in the cold. Also, despite specifying a particular arrangement online and discussing flower varieties and colors, the arrangement looked nothing like what I expected.

I received beautiful birthday flowers from my niece. The most beautiful big roses I have ever seen. Very fresh, very beautiful. I will definitely order from Exotica.

I received flowers on Wednesday of this week. My husband ordered them via FTD. Two stems in the arrangement were dying when they arrived. Two days later one sunflower was wilting (sunflowers typically last quite a while). My take is that they do not do enough business to keep fresh flowers in stock. Why would a reputable florist send out an arrangement with wilted flowers? Because the order is via FTD and they think it doesn't reflect back on them. I expect fresh flowers from a florist to easily last 5-7 days, not 2-3.

I ordered sympathy flowers for someone who lost their husband tragically at 47 years old the same day I was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. This florist was doing business with 1-800-Flowers and committed to same day delivery when I placed the order. 4 minutes after I placed the order, I received a message stating that they attempted delivery, but they were unable to do so. I called customer service & they spoke with an Alicia at the florist who committed to delivering it yesterday with 1-800-Flowers as I paid for same day delivery & because of the situation. They lied about attempted delivery because it’s impossible to make an arrangement and attempt delivery in 4 minutes. They also lied after customer service reached out to see if they could deliver it yesterday as I paid extra. They stated they never agreed to this, but I have the receipts from customer service. I paid for a service they couldn’t provide & then they lied to CYA. They still haven’t delivered the order after knowing it was priority & also ended up cancelling their order after I told the manager multiple times to deliver it today. This business has a history of lying however they can so they don’t look bad. The managers proceeded to hang up on me after I called to find out why it still hadn’t been delivered and why they continued to lie. DON’T DO BUSINESS HERE IF YOU WANT GREAT SERVICE AND TIMELY DELIVERIES. These employees don’t have any compassion for someone who just lost their husband at 47 years old or for someone who was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm yesterday. These employees, managers, and co-managers should find another job as they are failing at this one.

I received a flower arrangement from Exotica Florist on 9/20/22. When I got home from work at 5PM, the arrangement was on my front porch sitting out in the sun. The rose in the center was wilted and brown on the edges. I asked for a refund for my son and daughter-in-law who ordered the flowers for my birthday, but I was told by the manager of Exotica that they would not provide a refund because the flowers were ordered from 1-800-Bloom.Net. I was disappointed in the quality of the arrangement and how it was left out in the sun to bake. Don't use this florist because they really don't care about the customer.

I've ordered flowers from Exotica Florist for my mother and family for quite a few years now. I am in Utah. Exotica Florist had a bit of mix up for Valentines day 2022 and they gracefully took full responsibility and delivered a bouquet to my mother as well. I appreciate them taking accountability and will continue to use them for my preferred flower needs for Fairfax, VA. Thank you!

EXCELLENT - I was given two beautiful bouquets for Valentine's Day with my simple but favorite flower - the carnation - using my favorite color - purple. Wadia did a spectacular job with these arrangements. I was very impressed at how elegant they look as they brighten up my table and make me smile. I would highly recommend Exotica Florist.

I received a lovely flower arrangement for a gift. I believe it was called a "lavender bouquet"? Absolutely beautiful. Couldn't have been nicer. Could you tell me the name of the lavender flowers used? They lasted a long time. We definitely will be back. Thanks ever so much!
