Arrived at my appointment ten minutes early. Office was locked, no one was there. Called and got the answering machine. Called again and got the central office. The central office had my appointment scheduled, but didn’t know where the examiners were. She called me back after finding out. They don’t take appointments after 3:00pm.Interesting. They offered to fit me in on another day, but if they can’t get an appointment right, how can I trust them to get my insurance medical examination right.Oh well. I guess I’ll get my insurance medical exam somewhere else.

I visited here during COVID and was happy with my visit. They did a good job keeping all the appointments staggered and were quick with the work. They did, however, forget to give me a document on my way out. But considering everything going on I definitely understand. They are professional and personable here.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT use this company if you need anything evaluated. They do not respond in a timely fashion. When someone is supposed to come do a house visit, they do not inform you they will late and they come 2 hours plus late. This company is terrible or needs to hire individuals who will be professional.

This place has trouble filling out forms properly. Don't go there at 7 am - I think that person still has their head in the dark. Wait until later in the day when experience comes to work.

I was scheduled for an examiner to come to my home at 2 PM. Because of this very inconvenient time, I had to clear my entire schedule for the day. I had enough time to run one errand in the morning, so I thought I’d give ExamOne a call just to reconfirm the appointment and to make sure I’d be home when the examiner showed up. Well, apparently I was nowhere on their schedule and nobody showed up at my home. Now the process has to start all over again...that was 36 hours ago and I’ve had nobody call me back. Thanks guys. My time isn’t that valuable, so please take your time rescheduling me.

I arrived at ExamOne located on Old Bridge Road. When visiting places like this I tend to be nervous. But when I walked in all of that vanished. When I knocked on the door to gain entrance, I was greeted by a nice gentleman, Hunter. He was so pleasant. And Morgane was very pleasant as well. Nice music was playing, the atmosphere was clean and comfortable. And there were a lot of nice magazines to read. Love it. Hunter assisted me and he was very thorough and really made me comfortable with his smile and great conversation.

Terrible customer service. I have been calling them for week now for multiple times in a day. They are always busy assisting other callers. I cannot even leave voicemail as their inbox is full. I am trying to schedule blood draw, they said they will call me back 15 days back, still haven't heard back. I would not even rate them 1 star but it does not have an option for negative rankings.

This company has the worst customer service. The man who was suppose to be my examiner is a total moron. I wouldn’t let him touch me with a needle for a million dollars. Incompetent!! I need to get exam for life insurance but I may cancel that due to the crappy service. I will make sure to tell State Farm that you guys suck!!

pretty dismal customer service. I have been calling them 10X a day for 3 days no. They don't answer their phone, instead have a message saying all reps are busy. Today I finally got through, was put on hold and waited for 21 minutes.... that is a lot of waiting, at which time their phone made a beep and then I was hung up on!!!! They told me on Tuesday when I finally got through someone would call back to finalize a time for a blood draw, no one called and I have been trying to get them to since then, it is now Thursday.
