I went in with a very timeless piece of jewelry that I have had for 37 years given to me by my mother. They charged double what I’ve ever paid for a service I’ve received before at a very elite jewelry store in Tysons only to destroy a very sentimental piece. I am thoroughly disappointed it took over two weeks only for them to give me my necklace back looking terrible. I will never recommend this store. Now I have to go back through the process of paying somewhere else to rectify their nonsense!

Great service. Great prices. Monann is kind and really listens to help find you the perfect piece you are looking for. I will NEVER go to a big box store knowing I have an expert on hand right here in my home town of Fairfax! It's the personalized service and quality that makes this place a must see.

I went to Eminence to have my ring properly sized and reshanked after having a very bad experience at Daniel Roberts Fine Jewelers in Fairfax. Eminence was quick, efficient, and very pleasant to work with as well as charging me hundreds less than Daniel Roberts.

Came to Eminence to get a family heirloom ring repaired. I was initially nervous about taking it in because of repair cost and the worth of the ring, but was shocked at the reasonable price and flawless sauter of the ring! Eminence was extremely proactive and professional and I will definitely be returning. Would definitely recommend this place for repairs/other jewelery needs!

***PLEASE READ***If you are looking for a place to get jewelry, this is the place.Before I go into detail about my experience, I just want to say that overall, I was happy with every step of the process.I am a student, so my budget is not very high, my girlfriend’s and I’s one year anniversary was coming up and I wanted to get her a promise ring.I am also working full time, 9-5 on week days so I don’t have enough time to come in to look at the jewelry, the entire process was done without me even having to go into the jewelry shop.I started by calling, explaining my situation, and giving details of what I was looking for. I can guarantee you will find the perfect piece for you because the kind people at Eminence Jewelry will work with you to find or make it.They, specifically Monann, was so helpful throughout every step. She was so understanding with what I wanted and asked for, gave me different option through the phone and even emailed me picturesOnce I decided on a ring, they had it made so quickly even though I called them in such short notice.When it finally came time for me to pick up the ring, the people there were so incredibly nice and welcoming. It felt like they cared about me as a person and saw me as more than a customer.Monann actually cares has the people she is trying to service, she is understanding and prioritizes happiness over money.I will definitely come back and I highly recommend them.

Monann, is amazing. My mom passed 8 years ago, and I needed to have some pieces customized to give to my daughters. The most wonderful experience every time! We love the owner. She is so friendly, and you can tell she has a passion for jewelry. My now husband went to her to design my engagement ring. We’ve since gotten our bands from her (all pictures below from our wedding - Rae Marshall Photography) and a few other pieces, including a beautiful pearl pendant necklace. A few of our friends and family members have since gone to see her for their own pieces and LOVE them! Cannot recommend Eminence Jewelry enough. Monann and her talented team at Eminence helped me and parents create a gorgeous, one-of-kind necklace for my birthday. We brought in a few old pieces of jewelry with small emeralds and diamonds, and Monann was endlessly patient as we brought my vision of a funky, scattered piece to life. The owner is amazing to work with! She has an eye for beauty and a talent for creating it! I had them custom a ring for myself and they were perfect.
