Expensive and for price only did outside of vehicle, did not vacuum inside. After receiving the reply from management I went on the website as suggested and according to the package that I purchased it was a complete package for $36. True, because it was Senior Day I only paid $18 and several of my neighbors went and paid their $18 and had their car vacuumed and had the full service as indicated below from their website. What am I missing here!
This is exactly what I thought I was paying for, and appears that I got ripped off. Fortunately for my neighbors they got the complete package.

Live in Fairfax and i've been coming to this carwash since it was "Embassy". When Flagship bought it, the service went so far down hill. Sure, they made the place look nice, but there are never any staff and it takes 30 minutes to get through just a few cars. Oh, and they never do a complete job even though you pay for the top wash. Visited today (Sunday) and there are only 3 people wiping cars down...3.
I am a monthly member and use other Flagship locations. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this location at all costs. Head to the Vienna location above the Chic Fil A for faster AND better service where you actually get what you pay for.

This place damaged my car, and they keep giving me the run around so they don’t fix it…and they just ignore my emails and calls. I wish I could leave a 0 star review, horrible business.

The Cashier Valentina Was very friendly and made me very comfortable when she explained all the details about each package. I was super satisfied with my clean i absolutely recommend and bless her soul!! So sweet.

I tried to cancel account but they give me two months free so I keep but they create two accounts and charge me twice so I contact them what they said manager decided denied about refund because they off me free month

Long wait time, didn’t vacuum the trunk ( 5 seconds it was used on my SUV) , used a red marker on the front of my windshield and didn’t remove it. I am a monthly paying customer. Not going to this location again.
