They were the best price out of three quotes and were very professional and thorough in their explanation of the repair process. Everyone I communicated with was very friendly. I have a one year warranty on the screen from defects, etc. So far, it is like new again, and the repair was successful. “I had two CD players serviced with excellent results. The service was great, with good communication and very reasonable pricing. They were even kind enough to deliver the repaired product to my home. One note is that the store photo of the location on Google map is a bit inaccurate (at least as of July 2023). It is close by so simply call the shop if uncertain. I'm happy to recommend and will certainly be using their services again whenever needed.”
“I have an iPhone 12 Pro that is starting to enter the “is it time to upgrade?” stage so naturally I thought that a charging port issue was due to wear and tear. But thankfully I brought my phone to iTouch repair because they saved me $$$ !! Yeah, weird, an honest business that is ACTUALLY helpful right?? But it’s true. Rather than tell me to get the charging port fixed, they told me to simply clean it out with the right tools and it should charge easily once all the dirt and dust is scraped out. And just like magic, my phone was able to quickly connect to the cable without having to wiggle it around to find the connection like I’ve been doing since the summer. Felt like an idiot but thankful for Camila and her integrity.”

“This place has a wide selection of video games from throughout gaming history, and the majority of it looks to be in pretty good shape. They also have a lot of collectibles and merch for games and anime, many of which is kinda random but still cool. Only major problem I have is the location. It’s a bit hidden away in a random building in what looks like an Office park behind the Dulles Expo center. I honestly had to double check I was in the right place. If you’re really into gaming i recommend checking this place out, but use navigation to get there.”
