Horrible service from the employee. He had a horrible attitude towards me, did not offer any assistance. Worst customer service experience I have had my entire life. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The older gentleman behind the counter actually gave me a hard time about returning 2 pairs of shorts even though I had tags on them, receipt in hand, they had never been worn, and I had just made the purchase a couple weeks prior. He acted very suspicious of my return and questioned a number of times why I needed to return them in an off tone which I initially ignored, thinking that maybe he’s new and misunderstood the training he received about how to handle a return. When I responded that I had purchased the two shorts for my daughter but they didn’t fit her, he told me bitterly that the better choice I could have made would’ve been to bring my daughter into the store to try them first on next time. I told him respectfully but firmly that returns are a part of the shopping experience and given that I was following the rules for him not be absurd about me making a return. Not going back to this Eddie Bauer anymore.

Nicely laid out store, neat and clean. Absolutely no customer service. My husband loves to buy from Eddie Bauer but not here. We walked the entire store, even pausing near the two people working there, not even a hello from either of them, never mind any eye contact or any customer service.It’s a shame

The sales person/manager at this location needs serious training with respect to customer support and communication. We visited for a return that we did not initiated or received email and she told us to check on our own and that the systems are down and want let her do nothing and did not even budge from her place behind the counters to help to find another small size shirt. They are busy on their phone/mobile but will not help the customer. Strictly Eddie Bauer brand needs to work really hard to regain the trust of customers otherwise they might have to shut their doors especially at this location. We were really surprised to see commendable customer support from a different store in the same mall that we visited and the dedicated efforts to help us by the sales representative there.Bottomline: Do not visit this Eddie Bauer location if you are returning or buying anything because you are on your own to do anything. Sales representative here just gives you a weird stare as if they do not like working here.

I didn't believe the poor customer service reviews I saw prior to stopping in today but they were correct. The manager was useless. She told me she couldn't check availability on line because their "servers were down". I promptly pulled it up on my phone and asked her to confirm which jacket it was as she had it behind the counter. No one else in the store, two other young men working. It wasn't that she was busy. She told me to take a photo of the tag and check the website myself. Won't be back to this location.

This store does NOT honor the Eddie Bauer return policy that I not only showed them is in their website but also on their front cashier’s desk. I would not recommend this store to people who want to work with honest people who know their company. I am very disappointed with the representatives of this store.

I only interacted with staff over the phone and that was enough. The first time I was "put on hold" without being told and was disconnected. When I called back, the man was rude and abrupt. I will not be visiting this location in person.
