Brought our V6 (10 years old) vacuum to the Fairfax service center for a problem with the power head. Sean was professional and helpful. After troubleshooting he explained the problem and recommended options. Fortunately they had a new part which he replaced. And he gave us other maintenance tips before we left.

Had no problems with this place, got there when it opened, waited an hour. Got my vacuum fixed. Only complaints is the hour of operation.

This morning I took my nine year old cordless vacuum cleaner in for a repair. After signing in, I waited only ten minutes for assistance. After explaining my problem the technician spotted the source of the malfunction and asked that I wait while he corrected the problem. It took less than fifteen minutes and I was out of there. Superlative customer service. I really appreciated the speedy service from a qualified and skilled technician.

Dyson as a company and as a service center are PATHETIC! They sell you products that underperform and than they keep sending you refurbished machine in a name if fixing it snd those machines come with new problems. They have only 1 service station for entire Northern Virginia and DC and their working hours suck, they don’t answer their phone, they work at odd hours do people have leave their work and go see them and on top of that they are randomly closed on working days. They say that they are short on employees I am sure they are because as a company if they are not able to keep customers happy than I don’t doubt that their employees are unhappy with them too. Dyson as a company has a long way to go when it comes to customer service and if they cannot do that than they should not be in the business PERIOD.

Like clockwork. These people know their products and know how to restore those products to full power. Incomparable.

Employee is very nice and is trying. The problem is he is one person doing both the intake and the repair all at the same time, with 15 to 20 minutes between customers because of this. I waited an hour for my turn to be told that they don't repair the heads they just replace them. Having a system that has intake to quickly assess issues would be a far more efficient system. I will rewire it myself.
Who has hours only until 1?
Dyson can do much better.

First time using the service center; they were very detailed in explaining how my product works. The only concern is more employees are needed and extended hours, but still five star worthy.

They were great! Super fast! My gasket was broken on my dyson vacuum and they were able to replace and clean it in 10 minutes. Plus, there was no wait when I got there. The only annoying things are their hours. (Tue-Fri 10am-1pm)

Dyson product itself sucks now a days. Not even 2 years for my cordless vaccum giving problems and these service centers hardly operate. They open few days and few hours and lots of people in lines. No more Dyson.

Was there on Thursday around 11am. I was trying to purchase a replacement part for my wife's dyson hair curler. I went to the dyson location in Tysons mall but was told that they don't carry any spare parts and refer to this service location by one of the sales person. When I walked in to the service center there were 6 people waiting to be served. I saw a sign saying that I need to sign in so I did. I only saw one staff member moving in and out of back room to the front. it seemed like this location was severely short staffed. After waiting around 20 minutes I asked the staff member that I was here to purchase a part not to get anything serviced. The answer I got back was that this is a service center and even though they do carry parts I need to wait my turn in order for him to even just to look up in the system. This is a nonsense and did not make any sense because what if it took an hour to get to my turn and found out they don't carry the part that I need, it could literally take him less than 5 minutes to search in his Computer to see in deed they have the part or not. It was as if he was purposely giving me a run around because he was having a bad day. I know they were short staffed but that isn't customers fault. this is a bad way to run a business especilly for a big company like dyson..this horrible experience made me rethink if I evere want to purchase anything from dyson in the future.

Come to this service center if you want to wait in line for hours and get yell at by their staff.Updates: even though Dyson left this message below with an email, there was absolutely no one contacting me after I sent the email. I waited for 2 weeks. That’s probably why the rude man at this service location told me “if you want to complain, go ahead”

Very rude staff.the older guy.he embarrassed me in front of everyone there.he put the trash can on the table and saying the vacuum don’t have problem but filter has dust and if I used it in the construction..he can’t even open the filter himself and scolding me like I’m the dirtiest person on earth.i just didn’t say anything because I don’t want to raise my bp.then he went inside a room for a long time and came back telling me if you do this again I will charge you $75.what the heck was his problem.does he hate his job.

They're great. I brought in my Dyson V7 today and the battery replacement was done within 30 mins. While they were at it, they cleaned the internals etc.One main complaint is their opening hours as they're very limited. Also the place had a really strong odor of animals for some reason, not great considering they're air filtration and vacuuming magicians.
