The manager was very helpful. She approached me and said "Is there anything that you need that we don't have?" and I told her what I was looking for and she actually wrote it down! Excellent customer service!

It's an OK Dollar Tree, but not the best in the area. The DT in Annandale on LRT is much better, and the one on Richmond Hwy is the best I have been to, despite being located in what I call "da ghetto". Also, if u go to the one on Richmond Hwy, look for the best thrift store around, called 2nd Avenue. Bigger and better than Unique in Merrifield, lots of new clothes with tags.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I’ve been here twice hoping the second time would be better but it was horrible. It looked like (both times) a tornado hit. Nothing was in its place there were things on the ground boxes tossed about. Clearly the owners take zero pride in this place. It should not be called dollar tree, what a terrible representation for this area.

I discovered this location about 6 months ago. Then the shelves were stocked and it didn't look like a horde of cattle had gone through. Now it looks like it's heading to closing, merchandise isn't being restocked, many shelves are empty, no longer offer 2 for $1 greeting cards. When you leave a store in this abandoned looking state, it's a death spiral.

Friendly, helpful staff, messy shelves especially toy section, but that's every dollar tree unfortunately . The cashier who works night shift is very nice with customers.

2 days in a row they have been closed during scheduled business hours with no sign in place. I watched 3 customers try to go in only to find the doors locked with a row of shopping carts blocking the doorway. Today - a woman shoo-ed customers away as they tried to enter, again with no sign notifying customers. Is it going out of business?

This particular Store has great customer service and helpful people however i feel that more staff is needed in order to make the Store a lot more organized.

Terrible, especially for such a nice location… I waited in line behind 2/3 people. When I get to the register the man says he’s too busy to do the balloons for me… he said when there’s only 1 person they don’t do balloons because there’s other people waiting… I understand it’s inconvenient but I did wait my turn, and balloons are a service/product they sell… there was only 1 family of 3 waiting behind me & they had no problem waiting for him to get my 3 balloons.. I am a paying customer & I patiently waited in line for my turn. Also, he treated the man in front of me very unkindly and this is why I’m writing this review. He was ringing up a man & he was adding up his cash/coins to pay & the cashier kept rushing him, & the man was apologetic but feeling nervous & on top of that he shoved like 20 items in one bag & the bag obviously broke & the cashier wasn’t even willing to help… that’s what really upset me b/c he made the older gentleman feel bad. Idk his name but he worked on 3/22/24 at 6:45pm.
