Customer service is so bad. The store has never been organized. Sales associates sit down while they serve. They are not even handcrafted. not saying hello. Inappropriate behave. Looks like third-world country stores. Corporations should be addressing those issues and need to train them.

This store used to be very organized and clean. I had to walk the store because it's unsafe, dirty, and rusting shelves. The inventory in the store hasn't even been opened from the boxes and everything is on the floor. The chemical shelves are empty and I'm shocked this store looks like this in a really nice neighborhood in fairfax.

Very bad customer service from the manager?I think his name is Dali, an old man, he is very rude, when you ask something about an item, long lines, he doesn’t want open register to help. I give one star because the cashier was nice, she looks afraid of her boss.?

This is the worst $ store ever! So messy, merchandise is thrown around. Half a piece of a brush is somewhere, the screw to its handle is nowhere to be found…..
The most basic things you find at other $ stores are missing. We went back after they were out of some items and still not there. Terrible. Waste of time to expect to find anything there and make the trip.

Super rude, don’t count on what the listing says for the time they close at because, as the manager said, they need to “close the register” which apparently can’t wait until they are actually supposed to close the store and they will rudely kick you out

There is usually only one cashier working at a time causing extreme back up. Fighting between customers and staff is a very normal occurrence due to the frustration of waiting in a long line for 30+ minutes. This issue has been happening for over 6 months with no improvement. Go to a different dollar tree, save yourself time.

This Dollar Tree used to be ok, but something happened, and now it is not only messy, but today doting the opening hours they were not even open. What?! Sone one felt like not working today? Light we're all on, but even after nocking on the window, nobody showed up. I stayed around for couple more minutes. People were coming and going. Nobody understood what is going on!!! it looks like that the customers are not worthy to be informed maybe even via small note on the door!!! No further comment.
