Do not buy anything here. Dying store with a terrible return policy and customer service. Bought a pickleball net that was not what I expected, I admit that I set up the net and noticed it was small and not meant for real pickleball so didnt even end up using it for any games. We did not use the bad quality paddles it came with as we already had our owns. He accused me of using the paddles which I most definitely did not. They said they can not allow the return especially because it is after July 1 whatever that means. (Note: this was 2 days after purchase and I had a receipt) The cashier recommended we sell it on facebook marketplace.. Do not come here. Bad store and rude dismissive management

I bought a pair of shoes from Dick’s Sporting Goods, and they are very comfortable. The store had a great selection, and the staff was helpful. I’m happy with my purchase and recommend shopping there for quality shoes.

Steven and Olivia provided amazing customer service today along with notifying me of current promotions which had benefitted my purchase. Always helps when you have knowledgeable employees. Will definitely continue to shop here.

The store is so big that the employees don’t know where items are. They should hire people that have a minimum of knowledge for a customer service!!

I love this store and their helpful staff. We went in for the famous Bruce Bolts gloves for my son and they did not have any youth size on the rack and the sales person went and found some in the back in different sizes for my son and I truly appreciate that kind of rare customer service. This was done without me asking him or even knowing I can do that. So next time if you see something online but not in store...always ask them. They are nice to help. We ended up getting gloves and a baseball bat.
