“I was in the store last night & bought a beautiful Monet! I noticed there was another one and thought later it would be so lovely for my work. I called today & the man who answered took the time to look on the floor to see if it was still there. Unbeknownst to me he put it on hold after confirming it was there. When I had a small window of time between jobs, I called when minutes away from the store to ask if it was still there and be pulled to be held. The lady who answered informed me it was already being held for me! Customer service, in general, has gone down significantly - especially since Covid! This was so refreshing to be served in this way above and beyond! Thank you!”

“Wonderful Kohl's location with good sales and wonderful staff, and the Sephora section is very nice too! Alem at the Sephora counter was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful! I can't wait to come back and shop again at this specific location soon!”
“My biggest complaint is the check out lines- not having enough open for the “rush” times of day is brutal. Second complaint is the produce section being a little less than needed (I wish this was a super Walmart). And the third complaint is the parking lot. These are tight spots and it always seems a bit chaotic. Otherwise- the store itself is great, the staff are usually friendly and helpful. Drive up pick up is usually pretty quick and easy.”

“I've been coming to this Macy's for years now. However, If you were to ask me what side of the mall it is located, I'd have no idea! I just google map my way here. There is a parking garage conveniently located at one entrance (maybe more...) of the store.
This store has changed a lot compared to 10..20 years ago. There are fewer customer service desks on each level, making it harder to find someone to ask questions to or just to check out. There are some employees on the floor putting clothes away, but are still hard to find.
They still carry the same variety of items ranging from perfume/cologne, clothes, shoes, luggage, etc. I personally found it hard to find what I was looking for, but that could also be because I haven't been there in a while.”

“This review would have sounded like the others if it weren’t for Zena. When I walked in, no one greeted me and I was contemplating staying considering I was there for 10 minutes roughly without anyone acknowledging me. Then Zena started her shift and that is why I am able to leave 5 stars comfortably. She immediately approached me and I thanked her for saying anything because no one had thus far and she mentioned she just got on shift and was willing to help! I tried on several pieces and left with a few, to include perfume and a few travel size goodies given for my sister and I. I even reached out to her that same evening for a pair of jeans and if the store carried them, and she was quick to reply with complete kindness and willing to answer any and all questions I had. I’d return here if Zena were working, she was so great and I look forward to shopping here again in the future! Thanks Zena.”
“A very large selection of groceries and clothes. Very clean. Easily accessible garage parking with handicap parking. Store is handicap accessible with elevators from upper levels of garage.”
“One of the nicer Walmarts around. It has groceries and other department store items. Food is usually in stock, people here are mostly nice, except when they are in the way. Self checkout seems unorganized, especially when there is an issue. It took 10 minutes to get someone to fix the self checkout machines for 3 people. I would go to this walmart rather than the ones in Alexandria.”

“Great customer service from Louis in electronics section. Very knowledgeable on products AND deals. Went on July 6th at 1:25 pm to the electronics section. Louis was a five star representative! He was very thorough and helpful and patient with all our questions when concerning about purchasing a device! We appreciated the help without pressure. “Laura was recommended to me after I had a tragic haircut elsewhere. She was fantastic! She took time at the beginning of our appointment to go over how I wanted my hair to look and feel, how I typically maintain and care for it, and what I typically do to style it. It’s been so hard to find someone who can cut short hair on a woman that looks stylish and sophisticated, and she nailed it! She did it so effortlessly, too. Shes a true stylist, and I’m so glad I went to see her. I won’t be seeing anyone else from now on!”

“Let's start with parking, there is tons of it! That already solidified my satisfaction with Target. Going inside, there was a host passing shopping carts out, which was a nice touch. A nod to excellent customer service! The store was super clean, I didn't see anything on the floors or hanging around in the wrong spot. I definitely got a bang for my buck, there were so many clothes on sale and there were lots of options to choose from. Self-checkout was speedy and there was staff nearby who could support if needed. I don't mind making the trek out to come back here!”

“I visited this store to get toys for kids, as a friend suggested, for it carries a variety of toys at $5 or less. Upon entering the store, I was overwhelmed by lots of merchandise on the shelves around the store, not only toys but also lots of other stuff: t-shirts, stationaries, beauty stuff for teens, baskets, toy figures, rubber sandals, sweets, accessories, etc. and they have Five and Beyond section in the back carrying computer accessories like keyboards, earphones, and others - outdoor chairs and cushions, and so on that are more expensive than $5. The staff was friendly and assisted me with my needs, and I got an assortment of toys at the affordable price points I aimed to reach. My shopping experience was fast and effective.”
“This Target store is conveniently located in the Mosaic District and has a covered parking garage. Like other Target stores, this one is spacious and well-stocked with products ranging from bedding to stationary, kitchenware, over-the-counter medicines, personal care products, utensils, food, wine, electronics, clothing, houseware, and more. Additionally, CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks, and Pizza Hut outlets are located in this location. The cashier who assisted me was friendly, and the attentive staff helped me find the item I sought.”
