I just bought a car from them and could not be happier with the service beginning to end. Fady in sales was great and worked with our budget, Leny was amazing and went out of his way to make the paperwork go smoothly and get us in our budget with financing, Jamal at the cash was able to process payment seamlessly, and the sales staff was also great at helping out with our car that was being repaired in the service center. I love that everyone from sales and service seems to like each other and work well together, and as a woman it was a pleasure to be in a place where everyone was respectful and friendly. Highly recommend both the sales and service staff and would go back.

Terrible customer service, receptionist Jamal was the rudest person I have ever spoke with. The general manager didn't seem like he really cared about this situation that much. They sold me a car with bad brakes as well DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Buyers, please read the reviews and listen to them. I had purchased a 2014 Ford Fiesta here about a year ago now, and while I loved the car at first, it's had a ton of problems so far. I paid almost $7,000 for it. They had turned the speaker settings so I wouldn't realize that the front left-door speaker was blown out. We had called them very quickly to notify them, and we were told they would fix it for free. I had called them back to go take the car in, they told me I had to order the speaker to bring it in. I then ordered one- even though I was told they were going to fix it for free- and tried to take it back in and they stopped responding to my emails and wouldn't call me back. Then my car STOPPED MOVING on the road due to the coolant light coming on- it had over heated and when we went to go check the coolant, it was all sludge. Definitely wasn't checked before selling. I had to fix the blend door actuator within two weeks also. Quickly after, I realized there's a bunch of liquid in my trunk and the whole lining is wet. There was a leak, and sludge all around the spare tire, so something that also wasn't checked. Now the AC has broken twice, and my car doesn't stay locked. I should've listened to the reviews before buying but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, don't make the same mistake.

I went with my daughter to purchase a vehicle and at the end of the negotiation we were told that they would get a new key for the vehicle and we called back a few days later and we were told that if it wasn't in writing they weren't gonna honor the request .

I recently went into DarCars to check out a car I saw online. While I didn't end up getting that car, I did decide to try out and buy a different car, which I am very happy with! I received wonderful customer care from IJ, Jessica, Yussef, and others as well. They are a very friendly, caring, family-style team and I would be glad to frequent their business again in the future!

Ugh this place is a joke. The people who work here are lazy and incompetent. They usually close early, take long lunches, it's hard to get them to answer the phone and their repairs are crap. I came here because it was affiliated with my insurance and it was a HUGE mistake. Bottom line I'm shopping for a new car. Why? Because these fools did more damage than repair. I dropped my car off in May and continue picking it up and dropping it off until July when I told insurance I refused to take my car back there because they were so incompetent. They broke my seat and tried to say it happened when I had my accident. My "accident" was a fender bender and I was going about 5 mph. I took my car back for them to fix the seat and after picking it up (after repairs) it broke within 5 minutes. This happened for months with different things. I'm shocked this place is in business. They are truly a joke. Don't go here.

I brought my car in for an insurance repair due to an accident under GEICO (other drivers fault). When I entered the office, there were two employees present - one helping a customer and one who was leaning back behind his desk ignoring me - and I mean totally ignoring me - no eye contact, didn't address me when I walked in - nothing. I assumed he didn't want to help me, so I waited for the other person to assist me. After a few moments, I glanced over to the man who is now staring at my youngest son who happens to be Autistic. Still ignoring me, he started to grin - obviously my son greatly amused him. When I confronted him about his insulting behavior he grew indignant, short, and rude and said that he did nothing wrong and was simply waiting for me to ask to be helped. Amazingly, this is the Shop Manager. It is bad enough that i have to deal with ignorant people in public places such as restaurants, parks, etc., but to have someone be that disrespectful, offensive, and bad-mannered - all to a customer no less, should tell you everything you need to know about this person and the company. Believe the negative complaints and comments....
